- In this job I’m first fixing a shower valve for 4 jets, a hand held sprayer and a fixed head! That’s 6 outlets on a shower!
This install was done in full copper with brass valve and using every plumbing skill in one Job!
Soldering the backplates, pressing the copper fittings and pipe bending to the max! 90 degree bends full cross bends to get the job done!
Sit back and watch me with some asmr plumbing sounds getting this job sorted. Let me know if you would have done anything different!
It’s no where as simple as the videos make it look.
Like anything else it takes practice
Totally agree 👍 This is not that easy. Nice work.
Agree as well and very nice work. Too bad it’ll be covered up.
Neatness counts! And that is a work of art. Excellent quality work.
Excellent job!
Next level plumbing skills.👍✌
Just a normal day at the office 🤣 👊
@@mmplumberdefinetly is for you 👍👊✌
Official. Cheers plumber 🥃🥃
Wow gorgeous work that’s how it’s done!!
That is clean work
Never saw that one tool and the fittings for the non soldered connections
Pretty cool
On body sprays should have loop to have equal pressure
I was told and gave the option to my boss to change, he said no so let’s see how they perform!
Good job 👍
That wrench is awesome. Ive never seen it before.
I like your Equipment
Excelente técnica profissional. 😊
I’ll never get tired of watching that rachet spanner 🔧 👌🏻
Hehehe glad you like it
I bet your fun at parties.
That wasn't really necessary though was it
@@shoudd🤣🤣
then dont watch it lol
Damn good skill!
Got to be honest I was hoping to see something special when it mentioned all the plumbing skills, maybe a vid should be done from the start"like when you got to carry your tools to the house cos you can't park close, when you got to carry your stuff up hundreds of steps, when you got to move a shit load of stuff and pull up carpets and floorboards to run your pipes, once your job is done show us how clean and tidy you have left Mrs Jones,s house etc
Moan moan 😂😂😂
I bet you walked 2 miles to school every day, uphill both ways and sometimes in 8 feet of snow…
Funnily enough it was a mile to school and a mile back, and yes we also walked in the snow, and in the early 80,s when we had the snowdrifts I also walked 2half miles to work and the same back,ITS CALLED GETTING ON WITH IT
Perfect 👍👍👍
Guuuuaaaa ...!!!! Espectacular...!!🤝
Looks awesome man keep the nay sayers at arms length keep smiling and waving your doing great
So good
Thanks pal
Que herramienta tan útil y maravillosa.
Makes like easy
Quality work 👏🏼 👌🏼
Thanks buddy
Awesome
Wouldnt all the shavings from the deburing tool fall right into the pipe?
If the plumber that taught me saw me putting pipe dope on like that, leaving a mess and it being unnecessary. It would not be a pleasant d
I want one of this bender
Where did you get your pipe bender from?
Превосходно 👍👍👍👍👍
why do they put pipe dope, plumbers joint compound, or whatever it’s called on those threads. the threads doesn't seal it. There’s a flange and that flange is the part the seals it not the threads. so why put pipe dope on the threads?
Lubrication
Where is your shave hook for that lead work ?
Minted!!
Haha 😂😂 not at all!
Where can I get a pipe bender like yours here in the states?
Home Depot
I only saw 2 skills, pipe bending and soldering
Thought it was against code to bend copper water lines?
We'd all fuck up that copperpipe bend the first time, that's hard to do
Pro 💪
Thanks mate 💪💪
Do you have a link for the pipe bender please ?
Went to all that work to put a nice bend in the cold line then use pro press…. 😂
Please, could you add the links ( or names) of the work tools you use?
Most professional job I ever seen done damn good job sir
Aren't there newer types of pvc to be used instead of these copper pipes ?
Those EPDM O ring inside the fitting will fail after sometime.😏
Yes I’ve always thought the same way about the “O”rings failing at some point.
I’m a dinosaur I guess and will always use copper and either soft solder or silver braze the joints.
Also where there is a risk of fire during hot work I’ll use flared compression fittings instead.
The O ring doesn’t make the seal Google the process of a Viega pro press fitting. The stop sign shape it presses the pipe and fitting into actually makes the seal. You can press it without the o ring up to 3000 psi. I thought the same thing for years because I didn’t know any better. I use to talk crap on press. There’s even a hole in the fitting where water will leak out of if not properly seated. It’s marked by a green dot. (I learned a lot by educating myself with truth not rumors.)
@@solo8820 Fair enough, I guess only time will tell if there’s going to be any issues in the long term with these types of fittings.
Why the press fittings at all? Seems like an unnecessary expense if you can braze the whole thing??
I stand corrected on the Laco paste and its suitableness for oil. Apologies
Haha I win yay! 🤣👊
Kinda sad to see you go from soldering to propress. Those o-rings are bound to fail.
O rings don’t seal the system. I thought the same thing you did till I saw press with no o ring it’s the crimp not the o ring.
The great majority of people on RUclips that I see bending pipes are British. Are you a British plumber too?
Lol I read this in the voice of the from Frozen.
Why are using pipe sealant on a compression fitting? Seems unnecessary.
Ses très propres
Nothing wrong with a belt and braces approach, especially when pipework is going to be behind plasterboard!!
Nothing wrong at all,but did you see the studwork move, that's not a good look is it

😊👍👍👍👍👍👍
Why bend the copper? The added curve decreases pressure more by friction loss especially when two pro press 90s could have been used? Which set of codes does your state enforce?
Compresstions!! Why?
Not sure what the purpose of putting paste on the wrong side of an olive is 🤷🏻♂️
So easily ja ja yea right .😅😂😂🏃🏻➡️👍
Trop de biff mr gâcher
So much emphasis on using thread sealant where none should be used. The threads there are used for clamping not sealing like a regular pipe thread.
As professional plumber, he is lubricating threads so that after few years these will be actually possible to be opened if needed. I suggest you dont comment if you dont know what you are talking about.
@@Sylossisthe tool he uses on the green parts, what exactly is that??
It's a thread lubricant.

Where does a guy get that ratchet spinner you’ve got there bud?
Body sprays went out of style 47 years ago 😂. Just like your soft copper tools😂. Clean work though…If you don’t mind rattling pipes because your holes are too small for pipe isolators.
Plumber means one who uses lead ,if you can't solder....you can't plumb!!! From a 42 year PLUMBER .
Dude relax
You probably think old cars crashed better and still think carburetors are better than fuel injection
Mate those body jets are going to give you problems piped like that-unequal pressures, not being a arsehole just saying
I was told and gave the option to my boss to change, he said no so let’s see how they perform!

We have it too, but copper is still preferred for many applications. Copper has thousands of years of proven reliability, it's corrosion resistant and durable. Its non-toxic and can be easily recycled.
@@drewbs86and the customer ultimately decides..i personally prefer copper and would always insist on it
Amateur "plumber", all that shit he did was not necessary unless you wanna put up a bullshit show. 30 years class A contractor here, licensed and ensured can do my work all over the 50 states in the United States of America.
Right. Except for the fact that there are a few states with ZERO reciprosity with any other state. Sooo, nice try. And just fyi... those who are caught contracting without a license are subject to 6 months in jail and up to $20,000 dollars in fines by the CSLB.
