  • We're reaching the end of the year and the season of Christmas, so time to whip out something special! I'm not sure why, but I never really took to these. That was, until I went for a ride on this one...

    5 speed on these Atlanteans - just 1st is rarely used as the way they’re set up it’s really a crawler gear. I do use it occasionally if setting off on an uphill with a hefty load.

      Thanks, updated that now! I came across another one of these gearboxes on a Leopard last year; I thought second was really short so found it surprising that there was a crawler as well.

    Not bad but there is one bus that will give the ANT a run for her money CHER EWS753W Yes cats&kittens a 680 powered Bristol VRT with screaming 5-speed SCG box.
