Yes...there is correction but this one is correct. Whene there is nitrogen or -CH2 group, it will non planar and non aromatic. And in case of oxygen it will aromatic

Nine membered nitrogen containing cyclic compound is "azonine" is AROMATIC. However, Nine membered oxygen containing cyclic compound is "Oxonine" is non aromatic.
