University employability project: Cardiff Met x NHS Cardiff and Vale Public Health Teams.

An amazing employability project which started as a collaboration on the Primary Education Studies undergraduate year 2 module and grew by 3 students taking on this work and helping to develop resources that are being used in local schools and by the Cardiff and Vale public health teams.
