LOL, Channel 4 showing "Rocky Horror Picture Show?" I'm trying to think of any terrestrial TV station this side of The Pond that would have shown it without getting a knock on the door from the FCC.

About the oddity at 10 minutes. Did the Ch4 transmitter chain have any RBS abilities? This could have been a test of that.
