@@reactswithria Great 😊 so I can explain what I mean. A lot of reactors think annabeth’s hat is the Helm so she stole so they don’t pay attention to who gave Percy the flying shoes that dragged Grover to Tartrous😏
I love that Sally makes the most half-assed offering ever, she doesnt even burn something importamt to her, its just some random ice cream on the counter, and yet poseidon immediately comes in-person for her
just wanted to say that i love your videos! thank you so much for always putting in the effort to not only share your reactions and compare scenes to the books but also edit your videos in such a comforting and aesthetic style!
Yes finally!! You uploaded!! And I know, it's ending so soon!! I want it to have more episodes!! I was like this for all of the first and second season of TSTIP!! I remember having this sad feeling! But I know the finale is going to be so epic!! And I love you!! ~Priya
Awesome video 💯‼️🩵💙 I love your take on the show and the book. Remember Percy’s fatal flaw is excessive loyalty. I need to get the rest of the books. Also imho Annabeth’s regret is about her dad this is just me predicting this from when she told Percy about her past. So imo giving Percy 4 pearls is to show how people with ADHD tend to lose things a lot and even when he gives Annabeth and Grover a pearl it’s to prevent him from losing them and then we see that they still lost a pearl by his decision to give one to Grover.
thank you for saying this! i really appreciate it 🫶🏻 omggg, i literally can’t wait to read the entire series and get my answers on everything i can’t really understand 🥲 also, what a great point on ADHD!!
@@reactswithria I am following along with the book as I watch each episode and tabbing all the ADHD stuff. Annabeth is the gifted perfectionist adhder. Luke’s adhd is also seen by how much he keeps replaying how he messed up his quest and since he seems to be imo the oldest camper at camp half blood he also probably feels like he is behind with his peers which is another adhd thing. Luke ran away from home at 9yo was on his own for a few years before joining up with Thalia 12yo and then a 7yo Annabeth. So while Annabeth still has the chance to live a normal life with her dad and go to school. Also Annabeth’s backstory when she tells Percy how she ran away because her stepmom didn’t like her and her dad chose her stepmom over her that’s the ADHD trait of rejection sensitivity which is basically Annabeth coming up with these perceived thoughts that her stepmom doesn’t like her, it’s shown in book 3 that is not the case probably. I don’t have own book 3 so I can’t check. What does Luke have to look forward to he is already 19yo now. In episode 2 right before Percy fights Clarisse that’s ADHD also why demigods don’t use phones it’s also to show an ADHD thing that phones distract for hours.
@@reactswithria I was just recently diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia so I am learning loads about myself and while i don’t mix up my letters there are different kinds of dyslexia like for me I love to read but I am slow reader because my dyslexia makes me read word for word and it effects how I process what I read.
I do not know what it was about the pearls. Either Rick just wanted to hurt us more and maybe make it a little bit more unpredictable for the book readers, or since that sea creature basically worked for Posedion, I guess it'd make sense for him to want to save also Sally and that's why they got four, even tho they made Grover lose it, which I think a lot of us kinda predicted that might happen. I think there is more about the fatal flaw thing in the second book, at least I think that's where Annabeth's is revealed. But I am also quite puzzled what exactly is that regret that Annabeth kept in the fields of asphodel, cause I don't remember it from the books what exactly it could be, my memory is baaaaaad, I feel like there could be several things and I wonder if we find out in the next episode or we're gonna have to wait for the next season... I cannot believe we have only one episode left, like I was so excited for Wednesdays, cause it's Percy Jackson and New Heights day and now PJO is ending and I am not ready to wait for the second season.
i’m kinda relieved that even all-series readers are confused 😅 but i feel the extra need to read the books as soon as possible! i’ll be an old ass lady when s2 comes out 💀💃🏼 omggg, New Heights, you know what’s up!!
@@reactswithria yeah, I don't know uf all of us, maybe I'm just dumb lol, but yeah I'm definitely confused. yeah I get that, but like those books aren't that long, I actually think Lightning Thief is one of the longest, and like it's middle grade, so the pages just really fly by, the book is over and you don't even notice it. oh yeah, I've really grown to love those boys, they're hilarious and those crumbs we got yesterday 🤭🤭 giggling kicking my feet, it was so sweet and funny, also Kylie killed it with the instagram comment, I really hope she grabs those kyes and gets that cat omg
i’m sure it’s a universal confusion! 😅 omg, i see Ky getting this cat in a few months if not faster!! like a swear! but same, these guys are my brothers at this point 💃🏼
@@reactswithria yeah, it's crazy how fast the whole Kelce family really gained my sympathy. yeah, it's gonna come sooner or later, I mean Valentine's Day is soon, what a better present thatn a cat hihi... plus I bet those little girls would love a kitty too, like there's literally no reason why Jason wouldn't want a cat...maybe except those 2 big dogs hah. but now that Taylor is in the game? if there's anyone who could convince Jason, it's our feline enthusiast. maybe if Jason sees Ky and the girls playing with Mer, Liv or Benji at some point in the future, he might change his mind.
The blue drink is so aesthetically pleasing!! I want to re-read the first book after the series is over, and watch the movies again! 🩵 Thank you, for uploading will rewatch this reaction twice!
if i’m right it’s like a term from the book “fatal flaw”, and Percy’s is loyalty, and it was so so obvious in this episode 💃🏼 also thank you! i’m still learning english every single day 🫶🏻
@reactswithria yes, but it's also a phrase commonly used in English to describe, in general, a person's weakness. Though the word "fatal" means deadly (like sealing one's *fate*), the term "fatal flaw" is often just meant as a weakness that could land a person in a troubling situation.
let me tell ya, i DID NOT expect this Sally x Poseidon thingy...👀
Also I pretty sure your confusion this episode was intentional, to non-book readers from putting the pieces together too soon.😏
this is cruel, and i love it! can’t wait to read the rest of the book series to get my answers!! 💃🏼

The point of giving them 4 pearls is just to show that Poseidon is not a complete dick and actually cares about Sally.
The Pearl is probably to show Poseidon cares for sally.
ohhhh, this is a good one!! ✨
that's what i was gonna say!!!

I hadn't seen the moment of hesistation from Percy to help Grover. Very good catch and reaction!
i re-watched the moment like 2 times after all, i guess Percy just got distracted by the monstrosity of the “black hole” 👀
Because he recognized it from his dreams

I was a little confused about what you were trying to say about Percy being loyal. For future reference, fatal is pronounced "fay-tull".
