I just bought a set of the Treal 6-spoke beadlock wheels in copper color, and a set of Proline Hyrax G8 tires to go with them, for my TRX-4 and I'm very happy with the quality of the wheels. Each wheel weighs 4.19 ounces, giving a total of 16.8 ounces total weight. The Hyrax tires fit perfectly. I'm super impressed with the $57 price of the wheels, as I was expecting them to be a lot more (I'm newly re-entering the R/C hobby, and not hip to most things yet).
I gave treal a shot when i got my element enduro. I was worried their stuff was junk. I was wrong. They make quality products at a fair price. The products they make are only getting better and better
2:23 I notice the indentations for the fake screw holes on the outside ring aren't centered. Some are all the way on. An some are partially off the edge. Not that great in quality if u ask me.
I have the exact same wheels with 0 defects...these may have been a earlier version tbh.plus when getting down to the smaller cnc rc parts its tricky.fake bolts not centered or not u cant beat em for 47 bucks it dosent effect anything except the OCD👌
wow this wheel is a great price, good to know they fit the Capra Currie f9 portal axle. I really wish manufacturers would give all the dimensions on the wheels so you would know ahead of time whether or not they fit. One would think it's to their benefit, if they post the specs then you can buy with confidence and buy immediately, instead of questioning it and having to do the research on your own to find out And maybe never finding out and never making the purchase. Seems like the main thing needed for a wheel to fit the Capra is it needs 45 mm inside wheel diameter in order to fit around the portal gearbox. I've noticed the TRX4 only needs to be a diameter of around 40 mm.
I have a set of treal, they are different style but so far I like them a lot 😁👍. Great value and great video. Stay safe and healthy my friend and too everyone else watching.
Definitely! I noticed the stock wheel is vented. Would you recommend venting these wheels, since they are currently sealed. I have PL dual stage foam inserts would the venting be beneficial? Thanks again!!
I have four sets of these wheels 2 sets of silver, one set of black and a set of reds the fit and finish is good. they clear TRX4 and capra portals with only changing the track width by 2 maybe 3MM at most. the hardware is good quality although the SS screws for the center caps is iffy at best. Proline tires mount up as easy as SSD wheels, however pitbull tires are abit more finicky to mount up. C.I. 2 stage foams fit perfectly on the inner ring.
I have steel, white, wagon wheels. Or pot metal maybe. They were a nightmare to get the bead to seal. They use lugstuds in traditional full size car location which looks cool but omg. I won’t go through it again. They are also too skinny imo. Makes the sidewall bulge. These beadlocks shown seem really cool. Wrap with weight and pyrax and gtg lol
Hey Francis, thanks to you I've bought a Sendero kit! I'm putting a Power Wagon body on it. Can you recommend some old school styled wheels with a similar beadlock setup?
5:15 I can’t find these anywhere...I’d like to try them instead of vanquish knock offs which take like a half hour per wheel to get all the beadlocks ring screws in. Lol.
Do you mean Incisions? I was looking at them, but LHS only had 1 set, so I went with some Axials set. Still a lot of screws and I am sure I over tightened and stripped a few of them. I will look into these when replacemet time comes
@@KTMcaptain oh, no, the ones I'm talking about are only $25ish a pair, they are plastic but I have seen Vanquish and KMC branding or labeling on the packaging.
I seemed to struggle, haha, but I don't know if it was the dual stage foams, or what I'm doing wrong all the time. I don't have any luck with the inner locking style working on Prolines. Was going to try the bands you use for gluing tires, but then then these are not vented, soooo.. getting air back in would mean poking hole in tire.
If you guys have a spare set of the Black treal outer portal covers for a gen 8 I'd happily buy them off you. I cant seem to find them in stock anywhere.
Nice looking wheels. Is the price for all 4 or just 2? Can weight be added in the center cap if desired? They seem to be simplified for a beadlock rim and glad they fit on hard to fit axles. Any action shots coming?
I only use INJORA wheels on my cars anymore, most sets of 4 range from $30-40 and the quality is phenomenal, only downside is the shipping time which is between 20-30 days for me.
I don’t see the point of buying expensive rims when there are cheap plastic beadlock wheels like the element rc are pretty durable. I would rather spend the money on tires and good electronics lol
I've had these on my sendero for a couple months. So far so good
Good to hear. They hold the tires very well?
I have a few treal brass parts on my trx4, potal covers, c-hubs and hex extenders all very nice And haven't given me a problem since last August.

Just ordered a set (Titanium) today for my Gen 8 AXE. I already bought/installed their lower link brackets; very good quality from my experience.
I purchased a bunch of Treal upgrades for my 10.3, love the quality so far.
If you like those you should try a set of injora beadlocks from amazon

Good to hear. Surprised us. The rate they introduce new products and improve is pretty refreshing.
I agree….got some brass products from them……decent quality and price

Just received a FULL Set for Xmas for my scx10ii, they fit perfect.👍
That white 10.3 is insanely beautiful
Just got this set (team raffee branded) and it is fantastic. Paired with Boom racing hustlers and dual stage foams…
Treal makes good parts for the price. I bought c hubs, knuckles and link mounts for my wraith. They fit perfect.
I think they focus on fit. I like that all the brass is anodized black too.
@@RCReviewChannel i like the black too more than straight brass color.
I picked these wheels up for my trx4 k5 and they look awesome and have real decent weight after dual stage foam and tire.
Yup, it is quite a find.
Definitely! I noticed the stock wheel is vented. Would you recommend venting these wheels, since they are currently sealed. I have PL dual stage foam inserts would the venting be beneficial? Thanks again!!
I have the same set in red they are awesome
Treal always assemble nice. I've had others that are terrible to assemble

I have them on my trx4 sprout and they are great, I would definitely buy another set for my next rig
So you had no problem fitting them on the hex? All good?
Yes all good a big like
Looks like a great option. Treal looks like a pretty good company, there have been quite a few vids using their products.
I think so too! Up and coming and improving every time. Very good details.
Links aren’t working :/ I want that same set in the video for my capra haha
They look smart, I have not seen these before, I will look forward to watching the video's, 😀😀😀
Hope you enjoy!
Nice 👍 beadlock wheels I’m going to keep my eyes out on them they look very nice
Now THAT'S a great deal!!! 👍👍😎 Looks good and great fit. I'd get some!
Carmine ✈🚂🚙
Great video!

Second that, I’ve bought injora steelies that were a huge pain in the ass to get the tire to get on.
I love mine, same exact ones. Use thread lock.
ahh yes. metal on metal screws with absolutely no plastic means threadlock is needed for long-term hold.
RC Review yes I found out the hard way 🙃
Those fit on the trx4?
Love bead locks!
these seem like good ones
RC Review let me know if you would like a on the house patina paint job? Dm me. 👊
I got them for my trx6 have not tried yet.
I have this, only in silver, i am having issues installing them

@@macp349 I don't know the model name. They're $60-70 a pair and are KMC and Method replicas.

Mac P I’ve not seen plastic vanquish wheels...I’m done with plastic wheels. My chit rolls over too easily with light weight wheels.
Will these fit a scx10iii treal front and rear portal weights ?? I know they are treal just not sure if fully compatible..?
It looks good👍 i like it!
You got me all hyped to buy some, but there’s no available.....
So you're telling us that they're Proline friendly?!
very

I can’t find you spec on amazon!
Will it fit my Capra portals?
Btw NONE of the treal beadlocks are available on amazon. I've tried the links and a separate search.
If you guys have a spare set of the Black treal outer portal covers for a gen 8 I'd happily buy them off you. I cant seem to find them in stock anywhere.
Do they fit the TRX4 sport?
Where did you get those round fender flares?
Made them
Will they fit TRX-6?
Nice review. The price and quality are spot on. However, they are a bit too pretty for a crawler in my opinion.
Nice looking wheels. Great price for not being Chinese junk.
Darn, they are not available on Amazon!
What? lemme check into it.
Ok, links fixed now

That price is for four.. That makes it a deal!
Much action coming for sure.
@@RCReviewChannel that is a deal for all 4. They may have hit a homerun with these fitting more vehicles and easier to set up
Only red ones are available :(
Wow. we're helping sell them out too well.
Will these fit the TRX-4 :)
most definitely
@@RCReviewChannel Thanks :)
Did they fit well on your TRX4?
absolutely.
I was going to ask that too
Currently unavailable
Lol no we don't. Treal ftw❤❤❤
Yup Unavailable ! Lol

Metal wheels are a pretty easy/cheap way to help lower the center of gravity
Another chanquish? I would use carbon glue-ons...
They look nice quality but the design is hideous
There's that. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10 for the design. Fitting though with the real trucks at the mall.
