I've ordered this collection. QUESTION: Making a border punch as a frame, how do you know what size paper do you start with to make it fit a 4x6 photo?

Good question- for a 4x6 photo you will want to use a 6x8 inch rectangle. I always go up 2 inches from what the photo measures. I hope that makes sense!
