They look fantastic! The way you use colour is very interesting. Do you have any specific influences?

A few months ago I had the chance to see a collection of Picasso's still life prints at the Art Institute of Chicago, one of my favorite places on earth. I was inspired by his ability to convey depth and movement with just a few strong colors.
One in particular that stood out to me was "Still Life with Glass Under the Lamp" from 1963. I still look at my photo of it from time to time.

    Where is the azure?

It was the highlight color for the armor panels, above the primer and below the darker blue wash.
Edit; There is a photo in the Community Tab here and on Instagram where you can see those highlights.

Yes, I’ve definitely saw that and I believe it looked very cool at that intermediate step as well. But with the sliver coat on that( and with the blue wash) I think it had no effect on the final product. Maybe it helps as a guide for the future steps?

@@izantas I don't think it had an effect either, but sometimes that happens.
I am still interested in exploring that intermediate step in the future, maybe with a brown wash, black wash or just a much thinner blue. We'll see.
