This is bound to happen and future is worst . Main reason is overpopulation and everyone getting into IT . Its like for 1 position there are 100 waiting for it . Saturation will be at its peak scary coming years seeing recent layoffs and recession
But good and knowledgeable people are less and people wanting to get into managerial roles just to be on calls whole day are affecting people who actually contribute.
In case where companies are not waiting for 90 days what possible you can do is start applying to jobs and give as much as interviews possible, once you get a hold and enough confidence you can put your resign without any hesitation and then it'll be easy for you to land up with multiple job offers !!
@@sachindandge764 Even with fake experience certificate, Second round what they will ask? Regarding technical knowledge or what? Pls answer me I heard one of my frnd with fake experience certificate , total 3 rounds they ask about technical knowledge and he got selected. So ans me pls
