I am very tempted by the Yearning of the Water banner. I’m a newish player (less than a month in) with a borderline functional endgame roster (got Lucy, TF, and Kakania). 6 and Isolde are some of my most wanted characters (only behind 37 and Anjo for lore reasons). What makes me kind of hesitant though is that I really don’t need anyone else (Lucy supported by Yenisei and Pickles handles one Limbo round, while Eternity supported by TF and Kakania should be able to get through the other one once I i3 her; Lucy, TF, and Kakania is enough to get SSS in Mane Bulletin). Isolde or 6 (or honestly the vast majority of possible 6* characters if I lose the 70%) would significantly improve my roster, but I don’t know if I need that, or if I should just save for Anjo/the unlikely possibility 37 gets a banner?

My understanding is that I (especially considering I still have like 100 new player pulls saved up and/or able to be earned) could absolutely afford to put at least 70, likely 140 pulls into this banner and still be ready with 140 pulls for Anjo. The only place it gets kind of dicey is if 37 does get a banner before or right after Anjo, but that seems kind of unlikely to me.
@@zap7737 I started less than a month ago. So of course I still have some holes to fill. And the only real essential thing I need is an improvement over Eternity for my secondary dps. After that, I believe I will clear all relevant content with ease.

The thing about double banners is that it makes resources management hell if we don't have 3 patches of foresight because you simply can't rely on reruns. My case: i like Marcus, but Windsong and Vila were so gorgeous that i had to prioritize them, now i won't pull for Mercuria because i might just not be given a proper rerun for Marcus.

Is mercuria only usable with marcus at p0. I plan to pull for her but I don't have marcus and I will never pull a portrait. Is tuesday a better pull? Or argus?
Mercuria is great with Marcus and so-so with Lucy in P0, Marcus is the best of these 4 in my opinion, Argus basically works perfectly with Marcus (another pair for Marcus) and more or less with everything else, and Tuesday is probably the worst character from updates 2.0 to 2.2, she doesn't have her own team, she's a new style, but already forgotten, because BP hasn't released any more poison characters since then. I would recommend seeing if you want to team up with Marcus, and then go for Mercuria/Argus

Question. Im not really a new player but a returning player from 1.1. This patch i was able to get lucy and toothfairy (i really needed a healer) and i wanted to know if any of the characters coming in the next patch are any good with Lucy. Also I'm not really a type to save crystals so if idk mercuria is good i'm pulling whether i get her or not.
I'm a F2P player and got so lucky getting Marcus at 1.7, Vila at 1.8, and Kakania at 1.9. I was able to save my pulls after getting Jiu Niangzi at 1.6. I'm currently at 40+ pity rn and left with 30 pulls willing to get Mercuria and the banners being swapped made my plans for future banners a mess... 😢

Also, I’d totally dish out some dough for the bait banner if I didn’t already have 6 but the layers of RNG to get her are a joke. Plus I already used up my luck on the choose your own banner and aimed for Getian, lost the 50/50 in the first 10 then picked him up in next 5 singles. Also picked up his P1 going for Kakania, so I didn’t even really need to do the build your own banner 🤦. You literally can’t make this stuff up LOL 🤦

new player here i started 2 weeks back i have lucy kakania shamane and semme. I have 50 pulls stored right now should i pull for mercuria (i have lost a 50-50 after kakania) cause anjo nala seems to be a must. (ofc limbo and hard content is all is out of the way for now stuck on lvl 10 unable to clear it.)
Well, at least now i have more time to save up for isolde p2. I'm probably skipping 2.0 and 2.1, maybe I'll try getting mercuria but eh probably not gonna get her even if i do try. In 2.2 I might get Lopera, I'm not a fan of Anjo's design. I'll try to get the characters in 2.3, depends on their kit tho
I hope that Bluepoch change the Yearning of the water banner to carry it's pity for the next run of the banner because the concept is good even though it's technically 35/35/30, especially for those who missed the banners of certain characters, like me who start at the half anniversary and missed some good characters. In that way it's good for the players and kinda good for the company especially for the players who have spare pulls to use, they/we could use those pulls in this banner instead of the standard banners.
They need to get more from global somehow if we're not spending since we have 6 months foresight and can save months in advance. If we catch up with CN and start spending, then they should get rid of these bait banners.

Im sorry, I'm a new player, what's the reliable late game pull income? And how far should I invest into characters? Im assuming min Insight 3 lvl 1 for story content? But it's so hard to get the materials to insight 3 how do I get them? Sorry for the questions hehe
I thanks it's around 60-70 pulls her patch that doesn't have a limited character, limited is around 100 pulls. (I think) I3 level 1 is good with resonance level 9 to 10. Some people say supports at 8. Materials are good to get whenever limbo comes around in that shop and through event shops.
You get 600 tears from limbo in total twice a month. You can still get most of them even if your team is somewhere around I2. Story is around I3 level at around chapter 5 but there's easy mode too. High-end materials for I3 are crafted or from event shops. Don't try to get materials higher than purple from stages if you try to craft them. Remember that Resonance 10 is pretty important for main damage characters (but any higher isn't worth the cost, getting others to 10 is much more effective). Team synergy is more powerful than afflatus advantage. As long as your characters aren't weak to the enemy, you're good.
dam I only have like 15 Unilogs by the time its the 31st i'll probably have 20 LOL I was hoping Mercuria would be the second half and a rerun of Isolda on the next next rerun banner LOL....... i'm so fked as a F2P because all my Unilog went into Lucy getting her to P3........
I recently started this game and I love it so far. Seeing these scummy double banners (with a 30% chance to get neither!) makes me reconsider investing my time and money into it though.
Luckily I already have Isolde and 6 but hey if they want to do things that way then it just makes it easier for me to skip. If they want to not carry pity through all the YoW banners ON TOP OF not even guaranteeing the character then f@#$ that. Better for me, I can save my unilogs for the proper banners

I think if you want anjo you have to skip Isolde/6 and even more so if you are going for 37

Question. Im not really a new player but a returning player from 1.1. This patch i was able to get lucy and toothfairy (i really needed a healer) and i wanted to know if any of the characters coming in the next patch are any good with Lucy. Also I'm not really a type to save crystals so if idk mercuria is good i'm pulling whether i get her or not.
Mercuria is pretty good character as a support and definetely has good sinergy with Lucy

Kakania or Mercuria for a Lucy team / new player?
I'm a F2P player and got so lucky getting Marcus at 1.7, Vila at 1.8, and Kakania at 1.9. I was able to save my pulls after getting Jiu Niangzi at 1.6.
I'm currently at 40+ pity rn and left with 30 pulls willing to get Mercuria and the banners being swapped made my plans for future banners a mess... 😢
was really hoping i can try my 50/50 on J instead of Mecuria but hey I like both and my Marcus isn't gonna kneel over if I DON'T get her so I guess this is fine too.
already have p1 6 and p0 isolde and guaranteed joe, a bit upset that joe is second half but it means i can get more pulls for him and then save up for angus

Also, I’d totally dish out some dough for the bait banner if I didn’t already have 6 but the layers of RNG to get her are a joke. Plus I already used up my luck on the choose your own banner and aimed for Getian, lost the 50/50 in the first 10 then picked him up in next 5 singles. Also picked up his P1 going for Kakania, so I didn’t even really need to do the build your own banner 🤦. You literally can’t make this stuff up LOL 🤦

A little off topic but is Anjo Nala's Ultimate important? Does it deal lots of dmg? I'm thinking of a funny team where she can use it twice
Honestly not much, with portrays her ult improves
@@AylaKilse But since it forces the character with a contract to use it too, and both Anjo Nala and the character will be able to store up to 2 ultimates - would this make it more important or something extra you can use for free DMG?
both my isolde and 6 are both p1, I got 2 isoldes and 6 in the same multi when summoning for Isolde back then lol. Ive been told their p2's are insane🤣

new player here i started 2 weeks back i have lucy kakania shamane and semme. I have 50 pulls stored right now should i pull for mercuria (i have lost a 50-50 after kakania) cause anjo nala seems to be a must. (ofc limbo and hard content is
all is out of the way for now stuck on lvl 10 unable to clear it.)
What you need are healers. TF banner is up or save for Vila.

Well, at least now i have more time to save up for isolde p2. I'm probably skipping 2.0 and 2.1, maybe I'll try getting mercuria but eh probably not gonna get her even if i do try. In 2.2 I might get Lopera, I'm not a fan of Anjo's design. I'll try to get the characters in 2.3, depends on their kit tho
I hope that Bluepoch change the Yearning of the water banner to carry it's pity for the next run of the banner because the concept is good even though it's technically 35/35/30, especially for those who missed the banners of certain characters, like me who start at the half anniversary and missed some good characters. In that way it's good for the players and kinda good for the company especially for the players who have spare pulls to use, they/we could use those pulls in this banner instead of the standard banners.
That's hard to happen r1999 devs only care about money you think they don't know how to fix these banners such simple solutions
They need to get more from global somehow if we're not spending since we have 6 months foresight and can save months in advance. If we catch up with CN and start spending, then they should get rid of these bait banners.

@@aryangupta10csn56 Global barely made a million per month before Lucy came out, makes sense they treat us this way since CN makes 10x that amount. It's simple, they give us these bait banners for us but not for CN because we don't bring any revenue so why would they spoil us if we already have foresight?

I thanks it's around 60-70 pulls her patch that doesn't have a limited character, limited is around 100 pulls. (I think) I3 level 1 is good with resonance level 9 to 10. Some people say supports at 8. Materials are good to get whenever limbo comes around in that shop and through event shops.
I3 lv1 support is enough for limbo and raid boss. You only need upgrade your main damge around I3 level 20 and 30.

You get 600 tears from limbo in total twice a month.
You can still get most of them even if your team is somewhere around I2.
Story is around I3 level at around chapter 5 but there's easy mode too.
High-end materials for I3 are crafted or from event shops.
Don't try to get materials higher than purple from stages if you try to craft them.
Remember that Resonance 10 is pretty important for main damage characters (but any higher isn't worth the cost, getting others to 10 is much more effective).
Team synergy is more powerful than afflatus advantage. As long as your characters aren't weak to the enemy, you're good.
It would be better to have them 50/50 so it has a chance of 6 or Isolde.
dam I only have like 15 Unilogs by the time its the 31st i'll probably have 20 LOL I was hoping Mercuria would be the second half and a rerun of Isolda on the next next rerun banner LOL....... i'm so fked as a F2P because all my Unilog went into Lucy getting her to P3........

I recently started this game and I love it so far. Seeing these scummy double banners (with a 30% chance to get neither!) makes me reconsider investing my time and money into it though.

Luckily I already have Isolde and 6 but hey if they want to do things that way then it just makes it easier for me to skip. If they want to not carry pity through all the YoW banners ON TOP OF not even guaranteeing the character then f@#$ that. Better for me, I can save my unilogs for the proper banners
I am quite annoyed they swapped. I was saving for Mercuria to at least get her p1 but currently I have few pulls for her since I went deep for both lucy and kakania.
At this point I just hope Mercuria spook me on halloween cuz DANG RNGESUS just give 🖕 to my face and take my 140 pull on Kakania banner.
