SPOILER For example SPOILER when the main man Hisoka dies he makes, or orders his Bungee gum to pump his heart to revive himself, or Pitous ability activates to control her/his corpse to keep fighting. Gons ability doesn't work in a way it could apply, and if it did it would be easily avoidable or non fatal to someone as strong as pitou as gon before making the pledge/trade is way weaker than pitou. Also the reason pitou didn't kill gon was because A. they were using a very large portion of there nen to heal Komugi, and if let up may lead to Komugis death which Pitou would regard as the second worse case scenario (besides king dying) since ordered to heal Komugi directly. B. Not knowing Gon or Killua its entirely possible they could attack Komugi.
