    Hi Chalis, Great question! Unfortunately since the annotation is a NOTE and not a DIMENSION, it will not align (automatically) across the center point of the circle. It will be up to the end user to ensure that the note is aligned properly. One thing I have done in this situation is to use HIDE/SHOW ANNOTATIONS to show the hidden diameter dimension, then align the note to this hidden dimension. Hope this helps! ~Toby

    How do you make the arrow radial to the radius or diameter that you are attaching it to?
