This comment might be beyond nerdy, but I would like to point out something. The music that starts at 107:30 is labeled Hierophant of Order. The 2 Hierophants the Avatar encounters in Serpent Isle are the Chaos Hierophant and the Balance Hierophant. The Order Hierophant went into the wall of lights and the Avatar does not encounter him. It should be labeled Hierophant of Balance. I dare you to find a nerdier comment on RUclips. :)
Me too, great melody. Honestly I've never played U7, the only ultima game I liked was UltimaUnderworld. However the melody of Fellowship theme (known by me as ultima20.mid) I was listening for a long time...
@@ukaszgryka173 I first heard it when I tried playing U7 at 12, which was too young as a non-native with the English language. :) But then a few years later I started playing Ultima Online, where the song was also included. :D And man, Ultima Underworld is GREAT!
I haven't played this game since I was a kid and I couldn't remember much about it. But the music... it's all so nostalgic and then 'Stones' came on. I'm not a feels kinda person but it triggered something in me.
I love the dreamy pad in Quotes from Origin Employees at 4:02. I can listen to it on repeat. What follows sounds more like something from Monkey Island.
Mine too. It would be nice to have a rendition using the FM chip on the Sb16 for that real nostalgic feel. This and the music from Dune 2 (and to a lesser extent Battle Isle 2 and Ultima Underworld 2) are tunes that come back to me again and again.
Thr "Quotes from Origin Employees"sounds more like it would come from a Final Fantasy game than from an Ultima game :D I came on youtube looking for a soundtrack of U7 and I found the soundtrack of both U7 games in one video. You guys delivered aweomely.
Thank you so much for this upload!! I know every single note of these songs, but had never heard the Roland versions, it's been such a cool experience 🥰🤘
Whenever I installed a computer game as a kid, I always saw the option for Roland MT-32, but had to make do with my Adlib and later Sound Blaster. I would have loved to have one, but there was no way. I don't even know anybody who ever had one. It makes me wonder how many gamers there were that were actually lucky enough to have one back in the day...
I listen to Roland OSTs out of curiosity. But when I want nostalgia, I look for Adlib versions. You're right, nobody had one back in the day except professionals or the ultra spoiled lol.

This has actually been great to work to, thanks for posting! Only thing that would have made it better would have been "forgetting" to add that Bees song in ;)
After ultima 7 pt2 the series really collapsed in on itself. Now EA holds the rights to the franchise and origin has been reduced to a crummy game launcher like steam.
