you should be getting the correct answer. Follow the rule given in video for special case that in case there is -ve remainder reduce the 1 from quotient.

One does not have to know the tables of 72. 72 goes into 98 once = 267 72 goes into 267 3 times whic is (72x3)=216 then 267-216 = 51 to which we adda 0 making it 510 Now72 goes into 510 7 times so now we have a decimal point of .7 So where is this fast calculation of yours. Since when has long division been associated with the statement "fast calculation" ?
The method works very well...!!! In this particular exemple, when there is a negative remainder, you MUST reduce 1 unit from quotient...!!! This method IS POWERFULL...!!! You only need practice...!!! Do train at least 15 minutes per day, every single day, and you are going to see the amazing results in LESS THAN 2 months...!!!
@@Lozzymee let's just say i didn't even put in an effort to study in THAT large of a number. no teachers in their right minds would give an equation that huge, unless you're in some crazy fast mental math competition. the max is just 3 and 4 digits, never more than that, so for a normal student, this is useless
