Allan Louis a redémarré avec le projet d'asphaltage du Boulevard Cap-Haïtien faisant 2350 mètres de long (2,3 Km) partant du carrefour de l’aéroport à la Rue 5 Blvd. Selon la DDN/MTPTC, ces travaux font partie du suivi de l'État haïtien, soit environ 176 millions de gourdes dépensées pour acheter de l'asphalte pour construire la route. Ing. Allan Louis garantit qu'après les préparatifs du dimanche 7 juillet 2024, l'asphalte sera déposé sur une partie de la route d'ici jeudi prochain.

Northern departmental director of the Ministry of public works, transport and communications, Eng. Allan Louis restarts with the asphalting project of Cap Haitian BLVD which is 2350 meters long (2.3 Km) from the Airport Corner to the Street 5 Blvd.
According to the NDD/MPWTC these works are part of the Haitian state's follow-up, about 176 million gourds spent to buy asphalt to cover the road. Eng. Allan Louis guarantees that after the preparations on Sunday, July 7, 2024, the asphalt will be applied on part of the road by next Thursday.
