Hello ma'am, I've been watching all your videos for a while now. They are extremely beneficial for us. Ma'am in our previous conversation you had told me that your books are available on amazon. But it says otherwise. Can you please advise. Thanks so much
Thanks Nargis. Are you going to Amazon.in? Put the name of the book and Usha Pandit and it will spring up. You will also get the answer keys if you put answer key. I dont understand why you cannot get it. Try again. Otherwise, go to our website www.mindsprings.in and you can order there also.
@The Mindsprings English Teacher OK ma'am ill do that and get back to you .Thanks a ton ! I also need some help from you apart from all this ...can I have your email please?
Ma'am in the exam there was a question. When Ramanujan died he (blank) behind three books . Why can't the answer be left. The teacher is adamant that the answer is had left ( past perfect) and not left as written by one of my students . Please help. In Britannica from where the sentence has been taken it is written left but there are some sites on Google which say the answer is had left. I feel the teacher' s answer key is influenced by Google.
The answer is 'left' (past) not 'had left' (past perfect). Why? Because the past perfect is used with a when clause when 2 actions happen immediately one after the other. e.g. When I reached home, Prabha had left for work. When I arrived at the station the train had left for Mangalore. etc. Here the died is not just before the left behind, is it? So it would be wrong. When he died he left behind is the only correct answer. Everything on the internet is not correct.
@@TheMindspringsEnglishTeacher Thanks a ton Ma'am. I can't understand how teachers blindly follow the internet and award marks for wrong answers and give a zero for the right answer. 🙏
Mam I am in class 10th can I use this book (language with ease )or this is for class 7 students only i will also buy your book writing with ease so will it be enough for grammar and vocabulary or this book can also help me in parallel if it is meant for all class students as mam my main focus is on vocab so can you tell which one will help to make my vocab better or there is any other book recommended by you for vocab mainly only little bit for grammar . Sorry mam I know i have not use any punctuations full stop and commas writing this comment as fast as possible
Hi Sanjay. Language with Ease is for daily practice with a sentence that will also give you vocabulary, oral work practice and grammar to writing application. So it is fantastic if you do all that and not just grammar. Writing with Ease is a resource book that tells you about how to write in all kinds of genres, their features and target vocabulary for writing a certain kind of story or letter. Or how to read poetry, expressions, idioms, figures of speech. You will not get all this in LWE. So, I suggest you have both books. One for short term practice, the other for life long reference. You are set for every challenge. And yes, do not forget your punctuations. I hope you got the kindle answer key for LWE 7. It has a lot of explanations as well. Good luck.
I have written a book called Writing with Ease. Watch the review on this video. You can buy it on Amazon and our website www.mindsprings.in ruclips.net/video/GGgmLSD5SSs/видео.html

Mam. "We asked him many questions when we met him." Is it adverb clause?
Which question did you ask the verb 'asked'? That will decide the kind of clause.
