So good to have you back on YT, you've been my go-to reviewer for quite some time now, and I really missed your insighful, honest and respectful reviews
This made my day! Welcome back! Can’t begin to tell you how much I missed you, Osamah.. I hope that you and your family are well. Looking forward to more great content.
Great vid. Thank you. Note that A330 manual states engine 1 is started first. Also - the performance data was well out. Take offs are normally always flap 1, and it didn't populate the flex temperature, which you can get from the ISCS once the takeoff runway has been set in the flight plan. To anyone looking to learn to fly this model, I would strongly recommend following the tutorial flight pdf included in the package from Toliss.
After having seen this A330 I think getting the Toliss A330, The FF 777 V2 and the HotStart Challenger are the currently most sophisticated realistic and detailed aircraft available for simulation. Unrivaled perfection. Yes I want a FF777 video too, with showcasing the cockpit a little bit from all angles, especially the circuit breaker panel that is the first time ever fully functional in a simulated 777.
Excellent presentation on the Toliss 330 X Plane 12 is not dead yet despite the buzz for MSFS 2024 And for some exciting news Airfoil Labs is working on a 737 Max for X plane Knowing Airfoil labs is outstanding people can rest assured their Max will be very very good and study level
I believe the imperfect circle for ToLiss (and other) aircraft landing gears is because if they were to make it a perfect circle it'll become really laggy with the excessive amount of triangles. It was made like that to consider both quality and performance.
Good day Very nice presentation of the 330 I tested the new MSFS 2024 Overall a nice updated version of 2020, biggest difference is the real time streaming of scenery as opposed to installing on a hard drive. So the most important factor now is your streaming speed as opposed to beefy hardware for 2020, which is a nice change. I like the Asobo A330. I would advise people to keep their 2020 and X plane if they are Airbus fans. The best Airbuses are still Toliss, Fenix and Flybywire. And X plane still has the best general aviation planes. Some people are uninstalling 2020 and X plane in their excitement for 2024. That’s a rash move. One thing that’s lacking in 2024 is. King Air 350 with analog gauges. To only have the glass cockpit was strange. Hopefully they’ll add the steam gauge version I like the 747, and the walk around feature is fantastic. From what I’ve seen so far of JFK airport it’s a very nice job. The snow, wind and rain is also much better in 2024
Q8, you may or may not read this, but I was hoping you might consider trying Aerofly FS4 in VR and sharing your experience with your viewers. It’s really changed my simming experience forever, it’s magical. I can’t imagine not flying in VR ever again.
Heeeey this Airbus looks really good! I gave up on Toliss a few years ago because I could not stand that angular low-polygon graphics with everything looking so angular with no Tesselation anywhere, everything that should be round was instead octagonal-shaped you know what I mean, and the textures where not that good either. When comparing Toliss with Fenix Airbus I always choose the Fenix over Toliss a few years ago. But this A330 here looks really good from a visual point of view, plus I have read so many fascinating things about details and technical systems and physics only Toliss implements into their Airbusses. For example Toliss is the only airplane developer that actually implements icing into the airplanes, if you park too long on the ground with this plane severe icing conditions the plane´s wings cannot produce enough lift anymore to take-off because the de-icing fluid only lasts for 30 minutes and afterwards strong ice-buildup on the wings begin. So don´t forget to call the de-icing truck again when getting lost in it´s cockpit systems and MCDU pre-programming too long when doing Alaska-winter-ops... ;) I love seeing the Toliss Airbus visuals getting better and better over time - plus it´s the only Airbus simulator ever made with a HUD. Awesome I´m glad I have watched your video to see how far the quality and visuals of Toliss have progressed over time since the last time I checked these addons 3 years ago. Cool a hyperrealistic A330, I always wanted one.
This is a minor tangent but do you get the LFPG scenery to work with Ortho? The custom mesh overrides the ortho mesh but since it straddles two tiles I have trouble getting custom patches to work.
You won't get V1 or A320 sim pilot in X-Plane very often as they are besotted with the graphics and mostly the likes they get streaming MSFS stuff. Makes me wonder how they even dare go to training sim sessions with the awful graphics they have. 😂
I would challenge this - it is very slippy and you really have to watch the speed and height on descent but from the feedback I've seen, this is very much like the real model. Very different to the A321
09:10 authentic? Are we just pretending at this point so Microsoft flight simulator doesn’t win everything? Authentic to me means I feel like I’m in control of an airbus, and while I’m sure the measurements of that master caution button are correct this flight deck does not remotely even a tiny bit let me picture myself in control of an A330 the word for it is dreadful.
Pffff as if MSFS was even close to "winning everything". I got myself a new SSD just for MSFS 2024, but at this time I don't even know why I should spend any money on this mess.
What do graphics even give you? More stutters and unpleasant gameplay situations? Comunque mi sa che ti sei dimenticato di togliere la tua descrizione del canale
Don't think its anything special graphics wise, Microsoft flight sim looks miles ahead putting the new one aside which is coming out in a little over a week.
Thank you for being back. Thank you also for your continued support for Xplane. 🙏
So happy to see you are back @Q8Pilot ! You are the man, the myth, the legend. We love you Sam!
Thank you so very much my friend.

Glad to have you back. I went to the expo in Vegas hoping to finally meet you. And thank you for all the help and support.

You should totally make a video with the new FF B777 V2. It’s pretty high on my list of favorite planes now

Hey Q8! Oh I have been waiting for your stream on this one! 🙂🤙🏼
52:50 It was working, it was flashing on the main CDU, but not on the pop out... we could see it.
Great video, thank you Q8 👍
Glad you enjoyed it

Happy your back!
bought it with the mango soundpack today because of your stream. thank you.
Toliss is nr 1, they have the best fps on the market, which is also important. Not everything has to look perfect when you look at the plane outside.
My home airport welcome to Manchester 😊

Welcome back.
You Jusy earned a sub
Welcome to the channel my friend.
For $120 AU, I would expect more. Very nice though.
Welcome back, friend! Are you streaming exclusively on Twitch, now, or can we still expect you on YT Live?
@@TachiTekmo I will be coming to RUclips again but Twitch will be the main platform.
Hello Q8Pilot! Do You have in plan to stream in 2k resolution in future!?
Yes if I can maintain a healthy connection. I will try this for XPlane this coming Saturday
@Q8Pilot Thank You for the answer!

ATSAW - Airborne Traffic Situation Awareness showing detailed information about surrounding traffic on the Navigation Display (ND) ???
You fly with on old version...
Good evening, dear friend. It's been a long time... Have you been on vacation?"

I take it this isn’t the latest V1.0.2
No this stream was on the Toliss release day. It is several versions behind. A new stream is being planned.
@ ah ok
Hi are activate enter serial key on toliss A330neo
You're not rusty so much as the A330 has a squirrely, goofy flight model on final. It's really bad and I don't know why it gets the acclaim it does.
I would challenge this - it is very slippy and you really have to watch the speed and height on descent but from the feedback I've seen, this is very much like the real model. Very different to the A321

@ the discussion was purely about the visuals of the 330
@@ScepticGinger89 why would you get a new SSD? That doesn’t improve performance and the most of MSFS2024 is on the cloud!
@@TheGadgetbadger We were told we could download most elements of the sim, wo we wouldn't depend on the cloud so much. So I got a second SSD.
the graphics is very very horrible

gosh looks so bad compared to Fenix.
