Comparatively m new radiology practitioner..one of the female fetus ad cyst in pelvis ..differentials i have was mesenteric cyst or gonadal cyst ...post natal it was difficult to diagnosed the origin of cyst .. one of the senior gave torsion of ovary in newborn !!!! Pediatrician surgeon confirmed it afterwards 😅 i was so surprised

Sir moat of the time at anomaly scan fetus appear normal and these cysts develops later !.....it happended to me 3/4 times in 7 year of practice .... it becomes difficult to explain it to patients
