I got day 1 mail of documents submission in one of the branch of chennai. I've doubt in this..Day 2 is also in same branch or they will send mail about day 2 branch location?
Hi mostly they will inform you this on the first day, on the second day I heard they would provide you laptop, it may be the same or different location

These days it will be mostly physical, you will get mail regarding accommodation two days before your onboarding

Mostly it would be physical onboarding unless your request for wfh is approved by the team. They will be sending you the office location details with which you can confirm

Hi, please follow the modules that they provide you, try to give mock exam which will give you a reference for actual primer exam, I will try to make a video on how to prepare for primer exam in upcoming videos
Do we need to carry the original marks sheet or only xerox is enough?
As far as I heard only Xerox are enough they take only Xerox, but if they want to verify they could ask to show originals
What is course completion certificate that is mentioned in documents required while doj?it is mentioned in the mandatory documents along with form 11 and so on. Could you please tell me what are the exact documents that are necessary? EPFO, form and other forms?
I think course completion certificate, it's your graduation related, your college will be providing it
They would mail you what all documents needed on day-1
After day 1 of physical onboarding what will be day 2 schedule
It will be allocating laptop and its setup
Is your preferred location and base location is same or different?
Sometimes they would give same, but based on the business and project requirements they will give different base location which you not preferred
Will they give just accomodation details before onboarding and when they will give office details for training?? Because we need to search some pg's before hotel days

For experienced people also get gear up for day 1 mails? I haven't received yet, my joining is in 1 week. I guess you will be getting mail don't worry, accommodation details you will be getting before two days actually but for experienced candidates they will provide accommodation or not, this is not sure

It depends on the training and modules they provide for you, please be prepared with them

HR wont have information regarding this onboarding actually talent resources will give the info, but they assured ryt, definitely they will be completing the onboarding by December end. So that's the reason you will receive your doj 👍

round & got a offer letter from accenture. In offer letter clearly mention joining date as well. But now, when I checked the status at portal its shows no longer under consideration.
Pls help me, what should I do in this matter?
I guess it would be any technical issue, but anyways try calling talent recruiter and ask them that you are facing this issue, if no contact you have, then mail to the I'd from which you received your offerletter. Keep on mailing frequently until they respond

Hello mam, Thank you for such detailed explanation of the onboarding process.
In the touchpoint mail, they have given me mandatory that need to be ready on the date of joining. They have given FORM 11, GRATUITY NOMINATIOIN FORM, NOMINATION FORM - EMPLOYEE ROVIDENT FUND . I don't know what those forms are. Do i need to prepare them before date of joining or the company will provide me those forms on the day of joining.
After you submit the touchpoint joining form, they will show you those forms in countdown site, there you can fill those form virtually and then take a printout of it.

My onboarding date was on 28 Nov 2023, I got everything cleared but rejected due to discrepancy in Pan Card photo , they said you will get the onboarding delayed and you must wait. can you please address whether it will be surely provided or not ? Or what's the process if I am not onboarded on DOJ?
Please mail to the onboarding team asking for new DOJ. If there is any issue with pancard photo ask them what things you need to do further from your side. If you have any HR contact please ask them

It would take time please wait for a week or 10days maximum ,if not getting once speak with HR, they will allocate you. Trainings some would be offline and some self learn online it depends on the stream

Hi, Most probably they will provide, but its during training phase ryt.., you need to take leaves only if its emergency.

On the day of onboarding original cmm and original provision certificate are madiatory ? Actually i have transcripts from jntuh.will accenture ask only originals or transcripts are enough ?
Mostly they dont ask originals, but they advise you to carry original on safer side, in your case if till your DOJ you are unable to get original provisional certificate, then you can carry transcripts and convey them that you haven't received originals

As far as I know ESIC will be for employees not for freshers once check with others as well and get confirmation

It will be same as per the previous batches, you will be having mock exam with 20mcq's, so that we can get idea of what type of questions will be asked in the actual primer assessment

Hi it depends on the problem emergency during training if you get HR and have really emergency problem they could tranfer you. After project allocation if your project is available in your preferred location you can ask them to provide transfer
I have extended my doj from sept to dec.they also approved.but in my action item page still shows sept as doj.it is not changed what to do now
It should be changed from the back end. It’s their responsibility, but please inform them through mail if possible

You can complete primer modules but primer assessment will be after onboarding only. Mostly onboarding will be physical and WFO started

i have all sem marksheet but i have lost my 6th sem original marsheet so it is compulsary to get 6th sem while onboarding or veriffication . i have online copy but original has been misplaced of 6th sem only otherwise other sem have both online and original
For onboarding time they don't ask for originals, Anand as far as I know
But on safer side please keep atleast online copy with you, you can try to get in touch with placement officer to get original one from your university in later days atleast

Hi Praveen, contact position I haven't heard, but if you are new into Accenture and joining into a project they would provide you KT and you can clarify doubts with them, you will have chance to speak with your POC and ask them to provide resources for you to learn skill related courses

Mam my onboarding date is 23 jan Gurugram location. I'm from maharashtra. I've lost my wallete during traveling and lost original pan card with it also. I've applied for new card and generated e pan also. Will it affect my Onboarding?
Pan number will be same, so it doesn't effect

Hi, it depends because few of the candidates also selected Salesforce but received service now, but let's hope it doesn't happen in your case. But till now it's not sure you get service now.
How early before DOJ do they inform whether onboarding will be physical or virtual. And does virtual onboarding mean it'll be work from home ?
As far as I know they won't inform its physical or virtual, they would send you accommodation details before two days of your DOJ, with which you need to confirm its physical onboarding, now a days mostly its physical onboarding only

You can ask HR about accommodation, but for availing travel expense you can see steps in DiPa chat bot of teams

It depends for some it is within a month for some it took more time, totally based on their business requirements they send offer letter

Maam In our university it's semester basis... Already 6th Sem done(2 remaining).. Then how to put CGPA in the bgv section... Can I add all 6 sem CGPA and divided by 6...Please share your opinion
as far as I know, you can share the latest CGPA excluding the last two sems, but to know accurately please mail to the onboarding Accenture mail, to get clarified.

You can take leaves after on-boarding but if you keep continuous sick leaves for more than 2 days they would ask for medical certificates
