As per us, our contract started at 16th and we had put 13th as the intended date on Entry .

Yes it’s required and it can also be used when you applied for Residence Card when in France. You can check with your employer if they can help you with translation cost.

Hi, It’s all depend on your wife Visa application, If you are applying for tourist Visa then you need to provide Flight Tickets and also a travel Insurance. As you are on Passport Talent, then best to apply for Dependent Visa for Passport Talent Holder.
Hi, I am applying for Talent visa under researcher category for PhD. I received hosting agreement and offer letter. I have selected my educational institution for hosting organization and funding. Do I still need to show any accomodation proof like rental agreement /any bookings or else my hosting agreement will be sufficient ?

Hi @dtm832 Thanks for the positive comment. The Visa Category Depends on your work contract. If you are getting transferred from same company to France then it comes under ICT (Intra Corporate Transfer) and if you have new employer then it’s comes under passport Talent Holders/ Person who qualify for Passport Talent and their dependent. However still we recommend to check with your employer before selecting the Visa Category.

Hi, I have a question about the visa application. On the last page of the application, there are two questions that I am unsure about:
· Host Person or Organization: Should I select my company ?
· Funding of travel costs: Should I select "self" or "company"?
My company will be covering my travel and relocation expenses. I have not yet rented an apartment in France, but my company is helping me to arrange accommodation through a relocation service company.
Please advise me on how to answer these two questions.
Yes for both, you need to select the company. If they are offering travel cost and also help in the apartment thing.

I have contacted the relocation assistance company and they gave me a certificate that they, in partnership with my company, will find me an apartment. It appears that both these questions are interlinked. If I give details of the relocation company for the host organisation accommodating me, in the funding when I select the company it is taking the relocation company. First thing to clarify, Are you asking about Long Term visa which is Part 1 and Part 2 will be Passport Talent Visa which can be applied when you are in France ?

Not with the France Passport talent card issued in France, In other EU member state you need to apply another for that country.

1) No Travel Insurance required for long term passport Talent Visa
2) You can check for French Sworn Translator in Google. For us we got help from our employer regarding translations, you can also ask for the Same. As we searched earlier Alliance Francaise can help in translation from English to french.

Can someone tell me if it is necessary for the primary researcher to initially reside in France before applying for the spouse visa (Passport Talent - Family visa)? Or can both the Passport Talent (for the researcher) and Passport Talent - Family visa (for the spouse) applications proceed simultaneously without any prior residency requirement in France for the researcher.

@teenamouni3724 first procedure are different if you are in France or abraod. Second you just need a valid contract from your employer specifying your salary. That's it. Please check passport talent researcher document requirement. Alsonif you apply for visa online all document required will be specified like passport, degree, experience certificate etc.
