Thank you for reacting to this. They had many big hits Groovin, Good Lovin, A Girl like You, People gotta be Free. Felix has a great voice, still singing.
They had so many great songs it’s amazing not many people react to them. Songs like”Groovin,” (That was probably in a commercial too at one time), How can I Be Sure,” “Lonely Too Long,” and many more.
Thank you for playing this it reminds me of my brother who I lost some years ago it reminds me of Brooklyn in the sixties many memories thank you so much you do great work
Man! Back I Caribbean when I was a boy swimming in the Caribbean seawater before we go to school. This is one of the songs I heard. Can't believe I am making 61 years old. Wow. This loves that song after all those years. Thanks, sister, for sharing
Very nice 2 see U young ones discovering the soulful sounds of the Rascals! So many hits, so much magic back in the day for us fans. And still a fan of Felix, Eddie, Gene, & Dino!
Awww you have great musical taste. One of favorite groups ever!!! Their in Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and sure deserve to be there. Big fan since the beginning. Felix Cavaliere is still performing. The concert no doubt should be very good. Eddy B. is a great singer. Actually was with Joey Dee and Starlighters, Peppermint Twist.
Thanks for humouring us old folks. It's very sweet of you. I always liked 'Good Lovin' by them. Just a bit more uptempo. I think this one was used on many commercials and morning shows. Makes me want to brew coffee. But my Dr. sez gotta watch that stuff. It's a bitch getting old. But the alternative is still pretty scary.
Thank you for playing this Youngblood …. It’s music for the soul ! The Rascals were a crossover group that were also loved in the black community and around the world ! It didn’t matter what Day, season, year, or reason, their music always sounds uplifting and on point at any time of the day on any day.
Tysheen, their songs are all soulful but check out a little known one called "Temptations 'bout to Get Me". Hard 2 believe those soulful vocals are coming out from these Italian boys!

Such a great song . The band members were Italian Americans from New Jersey . They were huge back then . Fun fact the Rascals were the first American band to refuse to play in front of a segregated audience . They had huge hits like groovin , people got to be free, and my favorite A girl like you .
One of my favorite groups ever. Felix Cavaliere has such a great soulful voice. Many great songs. A Girl like You, Groovin, How can I be Sure, People gotta be Free. I miss yr music reactions. I realize u stopped being blocked much. Tho nothing gets blocked on Ed Sullivan show. A variety show in the 60s with hundreds of performances.
The best start your day feeling good song ever written!
Totally agree monte.
Aren't they AWESOME? A Beautiful Morning is one of my favorite songs by them!

One of the most under-rated under-recognized bands of the 60s
The Rascals and other American groups were overshadowed by the British invasion.
most american groups were over hyped by the british invasion

Joyful tune
This is the sound of the 60s. You’d have to live through that era to appreciate this song. Can’t feel the vibe from a tv commercial.
After a very interesting year 1968 was, This was just a feel good song period.
I love this ❤
You'll find just how much music of the 60s and 70s are in movies and commercials. Enjoy
I believe that was a Days Inn commercial.
Suggest their songs Heaven and A Ray Of Hope.
Try ...good loving...by the rascals!!
👍
Gf you always got to take it back .
Not one reference to genitalia, garbage mouth or killing, it was a magical time except for the war.
Felix Calavery..the most Blaack American sounding white guy in the history of mussic
Soul music comes in all colors.
