However I believe that the idea of having various forms of innovative projects is good for the long-term future of the region. Even if the project is done halfway, someone else will pick it up later. Skyscrapers are not cheap. They cost millions of dollars. You can't expect people to spend millions of dollars on Skyscrapers if they cannot recoup their investment. It doesn't make any sense to build highrise buildings when Nigeria has no white collar jobs.
