- If you watched yesterday's video you saw me promise a group of tricycle drivers that I would come back for a "meriyenda" or "snack" with them and I'm paying.
So we went to the closest hamburger stand where they sell buy 1 take 2 hamburgers for 30 pesos ($0.65) each.
It was an amazing deal from a local entrepreneur and we made a lot of new friends in the process!
This is why the Filipino community loves you, Kurt. Hindi maarte. You mingle with the common people. You appreciate the many Filipino dishes...and the hands that prepared them. Your generosity to people have and will continue to bring you much success. Thank you again for sharing your videos with the world!
