Man, Kabam has not had a miss on the Science champs this year. Every single one of em comes with their own unique playstyle, packed full of incredible utility and damage looks great across the board for the most part. I’m so glad I’m saving for IIM featured, because now I’ll have a chance to hunt this guy down too!
I really like his play style, but he becomes an annoying defender because you have to respect his long duration special attacks.
Man, this guy certainly looks worthy of a Spot in my roster!

Ooh, I like him! He has some very unique utility, a simple playstyle and almost seems like a counter to Champs that benefit from hitting into Block, like Valkyrie and Hulkling. That Pre-Fight looks really cool, gives Science Champs some very nice utility, and can also serve as Willpower healing in a pinch.
Bro I’m such a noob but that pre fight looks STUPID. Why would I ever want to get rid of my buffs?
@@jchicken5305 Because some nodes punish you for having buffs active. For example, spite
@@jchicken5305 becuase it’s a great counter to the mystic class. Mystics are built around removing buffs in exchange for various effects.
Take Ebony Maw for example. On his SP1, he will nullify a fury buff on you and place a large and nasty Degen. If you don’t have a fury buff, he will try to place one on you with his SP1 instead. If you’re immune to buffs, you wouldn’t get this fury.
Other mystics that are known to use and abuse buffs… Man-Thing cannot get off his Pustule buff, Voodoo cannot get off his Loa buffs, you cannot get the Dex buff that once expired would trigger Dorm’s Degen on you, and so many other abilities.
Not having buffs directly counters the mystic class as a whole. Spot’s ability to give Buff Immunity to all science champs is actually INSANE utility.
I think it’s probably the most unique playstyle I know of.

3:20 these Pre Fight Stances are being done so well. This is awesome. My favorite so far was Scytalis but Spot might have just topped it.

That synergy for Wong is actually really nice. Being able to use a special 1 after two combos instead of 3.
Better than his first voice over, he isn't trying to sound like Dave anymore
still sounds pretty terrible tho. i like karatemike, just not a fan of his voice acting at all lol

His synergy with Mephistopheles and Magik is actually insane for them

Karatemike's way to speak is more natural. I supppse last month it was like more exaggerated,😁. I can't wait Spot!!!

He looks like maybe the next Ghost not gonna lie. His block proficiency increase combined with with his miss makes him incredibly sustainable and “untouchable” like Ghost. I don’t think he will be as OP but this is very promising
I am LOVING him, the science class finally has its own ghost/kitty pryde. The science class has gotten so much stronger recently, first scorpion then quicksilver and now spot🧑🏻💻 they're really juicing up the science class
That special two is mesmerizing I might forget to block but luckily I won’t get hit with spot.

the synergy with mephisto seems really fun if you also have scarlet with so his incineration aura is on at the start of the fight

I can't speak on Spot in the comics, but DAMN! Kabam really has a way of turning the most seemingly 1 dimensional characters into strong champions. Any other month and I would be most excited for Spidey Supreme, but Spot has stolen the show imo.
Magik with Warlock & Spot in the team is gonna be crazy, i hope they bring her 6* version soon

This guy seems super unique, with a very cool playstyle and a fair few potential uses. You can also see that the animation team had their fun with this guy as well, he looks brilliant.
Imagine Nightcrawler with those kind of teleportation style on its animation, amazing. Kabam should put Blink next for a mutant champ that can create portals.
I would consider using mephisto or magik synergy because an increased chance of resist per spot that's pretty cool!

Based on this guy's synergy this guy is a full fledged character with a backstory I mean Mysterio as a roommate wow! Also I could have sworn I have a five-star Mysterio so this guy would be very helpful for my five star team
That's very interesting that he gains the buff immunity when he uses special one but he can also use foul play to give it to another science very good against somebody like scarlet witch who will put buffs on you which would actually help her with her effects or something like that
I really wonder now with spot and Spiderman supreme in the contest if they are considering adding Mystique from X-men. Kabam’s ability to create new characters every month and get them perfect as possible every time gets me excited and curious if they would add Mystique. I’d been hoping for her since they made adaptoids that have other characters abilities I’m grateful for every single character they’ve put out but Mystique seems necessary at this point I know they can do it I have so many ideas for her too I love this game can’t wait for what they have up their sleeves next

He looks like one of the most annoying defenders on par with Peni. If he decides to be really passive and holds block you can't make him stop with a heavy. and then when he stops he will be untouchable. Couple this ability with a powergain node and oof

Been noticing sp2 is the new power hitter lol not complaining just realized alot of recent releases using sp2 for big numbers.

I think that the worst has been captain Britain but she can still drop like 70k sp2s so she’s still alright
