The wildest question....how do u handle the 3 merging agencies or department if you are in the position of supervisor or manager? Then what are the great contribution you may share to each department?
I do like how you deliver the messages in every video, Mr. Dan - it's simple but always on point and easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping me with this technique. Auto subscribed!!
I love your content sir. I am planning to apply for an I/O field, and this rlly motivate me to improve my communication skill. wish me luck and for those who watching don't loose hope, you're on progress. goodluck 🙏
Wish you best of luck in your career. "How you take decisions here?" - Red flags: delay in response, making everything sweet, all decisions follow the same path, no delegation, the term "approval" comes a lot "How do you develop your employees?" - Red flags: Standard performance appraisal, no mention of business goals, training, no stock sharing or intrapreneurship, no excellence "What areas are you planning to cater in the market?" - Red Flags: no clear description, no future aspiration, talking about competition and market share instead of solving problems IMHO, you can observe the environment, the persons involved, the way they treat you from the very start, read reviews about them on glassdoor etc, their behavior towards you is judgmental rather than understanding. You can tell if the interviewer is genuinely interested in your skills and abilities. If he is, he'll be exploring your responses, not expecting a yes/no or short answers or cutting you through to quickly finishing the session.
Dan Lok you should make more martial arts videos of JKD I have chosen it along with Sanda instead of Shaolin Kung Fu and Wing Chun because Sanda and JKD are both good better and more effective and self-defense and street fighting
I would say, I'd like to learn more about the specific duties required of this position. However, I do understand the range for positions similar to this in our region is about .. to ... Don't give a direct number, give a range.
Employers are not stupid. If they ask you what enviroment you want and you start to tell about how great you are, you're avoiding question and will be asked again :D
i watched many of your videos and they are really help me a lot .(like what is your strength and weakness, what kind of environment ) my skill and education is fine but my fluency in speaking English is not so good as my writing. can you please give me any tips to improve myself in this field.
Best advice for a good work environment? Clear everything and start with a blank canvas! Get rid of the clutter, the unnecessary books and and rubbish, and start with an empty table. That way, you’ll become more productive and your mind will be able to think clearer!
