Great reaction. This video has footage from Legend M (Moa's 20th birthday) with the acoustic guitar on stage, the Forum in LA and from the Legend metal Galaxy concert.
The acoustic guitar Moa was playing is very like, or possibly a replica of, one of Mikio Fujioka's guitars (it isn't impossible that it may have even been one of his guitars).
Su's vocals, Moa's harmonies, the instrumentation, the staging and choreography for 'Shine' ... it is all as near perfect as it could be for me. Right from the first glimpse of a very shaky fancam I just knew this was going to be one of my favourite tracks from the album.

    ⚡ 💕 / 🌟 ✨
Although she's been learning the guitar for quite a while, Moa has admitted that she's very bad about practicing.
Fortunately, she's very diligent about the choreography, and considers it her responsibility to maintain the essential "BABYMETALness" of the dancing.
The guitar and two person choreography, was just for two concerts known as 'BABYMETAL ARISES - BEYOND THE MOON - LEGEND - M -'.
These July 2019 shows celebrated her 20th birthday in her home town of Nagoya in Aichi prefecture.
This compilation video had additional footage from a couple of other concerts where Su and Moa had a supporting dancer (Riho Sayashi)

The guitar that Moa plays belongs to Mikio Fujioka RIP, died on 5 jan 2018, one of the most respected members of the KAMI-BAND...

And Su, she sounds like an angel.

It's not story telling in the traditional sense. In 2018 Babymetal's lead guitarist, Mikio, passed away after an accident. And the thried member, Yui, was unable to perform because of an illness which was never disclosed, and eventually left the band. The three songs in the Trilogy follow the emotional journey of the band in 2018.
Starlight, Shine, and Arkadia are all very powerful in concert.

I watched the Forum concert on video. There were some really cool shots of the fog rolling over the stage and the musicians. Such a beautiful stage show.
It was the first American big arena show. It was so emotional for me to see an American crowd and how much they loved BABYMETAL.

As much as Su's vocals are amazing, I think Moa's dancing is just as epic. Moa's moves brings tears to these old eyes for all the emotion in her performance.
    Great reaction. Thank you.

I feel you. She is so graceful, and she expresses herself through dance so emotionally, her facial expressions too.. Their dance, their songs, Su's voice, they make me cry..

I agree Su-Metal’s voice is both beautiful and powerful. But, I also feel the dance is both beautiful and powerful, too. The dancers move like samurai training for battle.

Nice video! As you have said, this isbthe second song from the Trilogy of Lights. This song is about acceptance and facing the problem. Letting the light shine from within you. The next is Arkadia. It is a power metal song with blast beats and powerful vocals. I'm sure you'll love it. It is Moa playing the guitar in the video. She played it on their Legend M performance and she nailed it! Looking forward to your Arkadia reaction! Catch you at the foxhole! Kitsunes up!

So, while this video had footage from a few different concerts, the special "Legend M" performance where Moa is playing guitar and it is just Su and Moa out there is just, ugh I tear up every time it feels so powerful. You can see how much they mean to each other and it is just lovely to see.
I'd love to see you guys do a reaction on "An Unhelpful Guide to BABYMETAL", I think you guys would like that video a lot. Here is a link: ruclips.net/video/E9xRiOBG82w/видео.html

Nice & thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Almost everything about this song has been explained below by Grinton300 300 and Rick Wagner. They are really knowledgeable and reliable. Out of the 4 shows (in Nagoya, LA, Osaka and Makuhari) in this complication, I watched 3 girls version at the Forum, LA first because fan-cam footages became available the earliest. I was moved emotionally and felt deep sorrow when Moa and Riho hunkered down twice holding their chests to the Su's angelic voice which penetrated my heart. That was Oct. 13, 2019 (Japan time). "Shine" has been enchanting me since then.

      @urazoktay7940 3 года назад +1

Same here. I've watched one of the first fan-cam footages too, probably the same as yours, i was so deeply touched by them and the song, i was mesmerized, cried for days listening, watching it. That song has such a cosmic, transandantal vibe to it, along with being very powerful and touching. Suzuka's voice is truly angelic, heavenly, and this song showcases that well. Such a unique and beautiful song from such a unique band. I've discovered them only 2 years ago and i was amazed, shocked, in awe because they were so beautiful, their music, dances and all. Then after some months came Metal Galaxy and this song, i was blown away again. :D They are simply amazing. I adore them.

@@urazoktay7940 Thanks for your comment. Very fortunately, I saw them at the venue of LMG Day-1 (Jan.25, last year) and 9 shows out of 10 BABYMETAL BUDOKAN including the online program streamed on June 26 and 27 (Japan Time). The performances I actually witnessed have been burnt into my retinas and eardrums.

@@flugelhornoldman1362 That's great to hear, i'm sure those concerts were amazing experiences. i can only imagine how amazing it would be to see them, experience them alive. Even watching them on youtube is enchanting, mesmerising, stunning. Live shows would be like witnessing a miracle... And yes, when Moa and Riho did that move, hunkering down holding their chests while Suzuka is singing i was also deeply moved and i felt sorrow and pain. They were holding something precious in their hands and they were bringing that precious thing close to their chests=hearts, protecting it from the dark, i believe that's the meaning of that move, that's how i felt it was at least. Their choreography, their dance is so beautiful and elegant, it's such an important part of their art. They look like cosmic, singing, dancing swans to me, full of grace, elegance and beauty.

I don't know if you have reacted to anything by Wagakki Band, but you should. They are a different type of group with a melange of genres, but they have a tremendous vocalist in Yuko Suzuhana. Su-Metal has a voice that can cut through steel, Saiki of Band-Maid has that real rocker style voice but Yuko can handle anything. She is a classically trained singer in Shigin and is a accredited instructor in that classic traditional style and has a very flexible range. I've heard her do straight Shigin, operatic arias, hard rock, traditional Japanese folk metal, jazzy lyrics and a host of other things. You should check them out. Some good choices are Homura, Izana, Hanabi, Senbonzakura, Cradle Of Eternity, Tengaku (the 2017 live version) and so many others. They are a real treat. Also Yoshiwara Lament, the live version.
