Let me give you a tips. If you want to get the mountain view then you need to book for Triple rooms or Superior Deluxe rooms . Only these 2 types of rooms u will definitely have either mountain or theme park views
Are you sure? I am still getting free 10 complementary rooms each month until end of June 2025 😂 Without paying anything extra at all. I also get to stay each time either at the Highland Hotel or Grand Genting Hotel. Occasionally Genting will upgrade me to Executive Suite room too 😂.
Oic. No wonder lah i can still get rooms easily because I still have balance of 2500 points after using about 900 points last year. 😂 . Tqvm for your information

你先要online booking先，我booking住的是免费房间来的，然后当天去到那边去柜台跟他说要通房，他们就会安排，只需给30就可以了。到时住tower几他们会给你知道的

总结一下就是机器先check in， 然后再去柜台check in。顺便问一下,如果我要是直接去柜台check in 说要通房可以吗？😂（还是说一定要先去机器check in）
先按号码，如果还要等很多个的话，可以先去机器找那边的服务员帮你先选房间，选好了房间号码到了，去柜台check in给 rm 30就可以了
按了号码，要直接去柜台check in也是可以
去年金卡选房间不需要额外付钱的，今年改变蛮多的。
