    I am glad you are here. I am glad you and David Belk have shed light on the situation. The healthcare is at war with the consumer's pocketbook and the consumer needs to know what they are up against.

    Can you touch upon the impact and trickle down effect this has on surgical specialties that are private practices?

      Biggest impact of Medicare DRG on surgeries is to move them from inpatient to outpatient… which is not subject to prospective payment.
