you need Cold progenitor/Velence Ogris + Toxin mod/riven to work well with Lash. its even stronger in disruption (say Kappa) because of the big AoE covering the small rooms + easier to get team mate buffs (Disruption clip soon)
you dont need saryn, lets say u go roar garuda. cast 4 then shoot. 1 shot is enough (on direct hits), with napalm it would take around 2-3. Edit: im coming for you sir dw, was busy doing other stuff but ill get to the cooking. non Saryn Ogris is also cool.
its the 5x7: Cantic prism, Phahd Scaffold (good for self reviving with last gasp), Certus Brace. you stop 1 shotting (headshots) after enemies get to level ~7k so you use void strike .
pretty much an combination of Crit mods, then damage mods. Also warframes are considered too since they can buff your damage with abilities, Like Banshee Sonar i can sometimes get over 10 Million damage in 1 bullet from the sybaris prime, although some stacking with galvanized mods is required.
