It’s honestly not just rogue, gear overall is all over the place and other classes are suffering from bugs and stuff too. Entire expansion is just rushed

Whatever can cheese more mechanics when the season comes out I guess, dwarf/nelf are contenders for the cleanse and being able to meld mechanics. The damage difference is within 1% for all the races but you can’t go wrong with orc or troll for just macroing to deathmark and gg. Play what you think looks the best honestly
re: terms, they changed the wording of Spatter from "poison damage" to "nature damage." When I picked assassination back up again in season 4, I spent a good while being confused as all hell about what actually procced spatter, particularly regarding stuff like s4 4set & poison bomb. That's one small, nuanced, but *super* good change. It isn't really relevant to the video but it came to mind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
hey, i understand the opener and kingsbane window, where i am struggling is what to do in between. Energy is super slow to regen so do you have a video of the rotation in between kingsbane windows? thanks :D
Why don't you rock "Imperfect Ascendancy Serum? Its an on use trinket that states " Drink from the vial and ascend over 1.5sec before taking on a new more powerful form increasing your agility by 5158 and all other stats by 726 but only for 20 secs.
when you say with vicious venoms opener, does that mean if you're talented into vicious venom talent than you would follow the 2nd rotation opener? would you also after opener just ignore the clear the witness buff?
Question @48:18 he states we cant use the weapon for the 2 set because its a fist weapon. Cant rogues use fists weapons though? Edit: After some thinking, the best I can come up with is that the slower weapon speed messes with poison applications.

you want to shiv before kingsbane in order to buff the initial hit. The vast vast VAST majority of poison applications come from your auto attacks, not your skills (roughly 85% of them), the one extra poison application just isn't worth it
It’s kinda middle of the pack from what I know, but the season is a month away so it’s hard to tell. There’s a lot of stuff that isn’t tuned and is bugged, not just on the rogue side of things. With current tuning assa single target is mediocre, but the aoe is really good. That’s what’s leading people to hype the hell out of it for mythic+
So in Deathstalker if we are min maxing, Momentum of Despair is just irrelevant in ST since we are not using Fan no matter what? Since we are not utilizing Clear the Witness procs.
i do 1,350,000 dmg with envenom with 571 ilvl is that normal or low?( still learning and first time playing rouge) i do all the debuffss and all cd then i do over 1 mil dmg with envenom

idk what "works with deathstalker" means in this context. The only interaction with subterfuge is being able to ambush within the first 6 seconds instead of just the first gcd of a fight. It's not impactful in any way

you need 2 daggers for mutilate. If you equip a fist weapon you just straight up cannot use your single target generator
