Good reminders, Daniel. I went back through some of my designs from last year and found some of these same errors, ugh. It's easy to overlook them when you're rushing to get things uploaded for the big holidays like Christmas, Valentines, etc. In POD, for me, there is nothing worse than seeing a sale get returned.
Thanks robo! Yes, i feel the same as i'm also speaking from experience. The bad thing about the returns is the fact that most of the times you won't even get to know the reason. Sizing, the fit of the shirt or the print quality isn't in our hands but if it's something with the quality of the design, then you should absolutely know it.
The best solution would be to generate the image so that you can easily remove the background. My tips are that you generate the design with sharp/hard outlines and a solid colored background. Instead of black, prompt a dark grey background so that the background remover can easily differentiate between graphic and background.
People have become very lazy. I utilize AI to create design, is a sense, everyone does whether utilizing pre-made elements or AI generated AI images. I also correct all my images AFTER removing the background, using very fine detailed restore and remove.
