A hike in a Nordic forest

- A simple hike on Ounasvaara in Rovaniemi, Finland Lapland.
I always feel safe when I'm hiking in the different Nordic forests, it is an relaxing experience where I feel like I'm in my own world. I've made it part of my everyday life to go for a hike, even before moving to Rovaniemi. I feel lucky to be able to walk out my front door and have the forest and such beautiful hikes so close by to my apartment, it is not something to take forgranted, and it is now part of my Finnish life here in Lapland.
I just love exploring the forest, taking whichever paths that speaks to me, I can go on forever. You can see and feel that the forest on Ounasvaara is an old one, with a lot of history.
I love finding these small moments where I have to get closer to the ground and I will find plants and/or insects the live their tiny lives. Most people don't pay attention to those details, but for me, I see a bigger world, there is life everywhere.

You don't feel bore alone there in a jungle?
I love finding or visiting new places where I haven’t been before, so it is very natural for me to walk hours without getting bored. For me it is also a break from the everyday life where I can take a breather and let my brain focus on something else. Sometimes I love to put on a podcast or an audiobook while walking, and other times just listening to the forest and all the life that lives in it 🥰
@@NorwegianRoamer find some small investment business in your country or Sweden. Or finland and if your are interested we should do together, I am master degree qualified.
It seems that forest department is not taking care of forest 's trees etc.
I don’t know that much about the forests in Finland, they might be protected, but in all honesty I find it kind of enchanting. It feels like taking a walk through history :))
