    - There are different wool baselayers, regular, mesh and with zippers
    - Don't let it sit too thigh or too loose, you need to be able to move, and it needs to be thigh enough so you get maximum warming effect
    - There are many reasons to buy wool, it transport moist, keeps you warm even when wet, it is self cleaning, don't keep smell like sweat and little bacteria, you don't need to wash it as often and are quite resistant to fire

    - Wool is gold and you want them on your feet too. Remember to not wear cotton
    - Use two pairs of socks if you are really cold, but again if you don't have any room in your shoe you will get cold
    - Rather buy a size bigger if you know you are going to have many layers on your foot
    - Find shoes that have a thick sole, you don't want to the cold to sneak inn through your soles.
    - Find waterproof shoes that have a protective membrane like Gore-Tex or Sympatex
    - REMEMBER your reflections it is dark in Norway in the winter, don't take any risks
Being out in the cold is not a fashion show, so dress so you feel as comfortable as possible!
