    Thank you for the insight. Can you please have a discussion around housing prices in Edmonton and trends. Considering where Calgary market is heading Edmonton soon will be a viable option for many Calgarians that want to own the house.

      Thank you, I appreciate your comment. It's something to be aware of, but we're specifically focusing on the Calgary region for now. However, the trends in Edmonton's housing market could make it an attractive option for many in the future.

      I am living in Edmonton - originally from Ontario. Some thoughts: 1) we have way more land already annexed in Edmonton - so more potential to build 2) Calgary is more popular, white collar, more well known so I think Edmonton will be affordable for quite some time. 3) Our property taxes are higher. Something to note if you are considering Edmonton. 4) I think Edmonton is the hidden gem of Canada. You can still afford a home here and live in a medium size city with all the amenities you need 5) There is zero doubt Calgary is better, but if you are comfortable being a little bit further from the mountains and also not as vibrant of a restaurant scene - then you will save lots of money buying in Edmonton.
