- The 2nd group Steve and I played in with Stevie G. and Keith, called Breezin', that eventually became The Rockerz. As Breezin' we got the chance to jam with Dennis Yost at several gigs, as well as Archie Bell. We were honored when Dennis called us to be his band for his induction into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Great auditorium to play in with awesome sound and lights. Also, that night, Jerry Reed and the Tams were honored and inducted. Members of Breezin' were Steve Guettler, Steve Farrell, Keith Johnson and Wes Armstrong
“Traces of Love” = GOAT of romantic songs!
Dennis Yost was my good friend I owned Aim High Productions in Atlanta in the late 1980s and we booked Dennis for many shows RIP Jimmy Stephens
Dennis and I were so happy to have Breezin' as his band for that show and to have Wally Eaton original bass player and co founder with Dennis of The Classics IV) and his beautiful wife Darlene attend the show! Dennis was so proud to be in the Georgia Music Hall of Fame! One of his BEST DAYS EVER!!! Thank you to Steve Guettler is still a valued friend and excellent musician and best of all a classy, honest to goodness gentleman!!!

Linda Yost His music is in my iPhone library and I play him regularly. His music takes me back to my high school and college years and I love it as much today as I did then. What a unique voice he had. RIP Dennis Yost.
Linda Yost, may your father rest in peace. I am from Puerto Rico, and my sister and I still listen to your father's songs.
