whats is the difference between transposition and Modulation?

Modulation in this sense is when you play the same song in the next key or another key. Transposition in music theory is re writing the song in a different key so they could mean the same. But in most circles someone transposes when the play a song meant to be in another key for example F# in a comfortable key say C or F and use a keyboard function to push the pitch to the intended key.
