If using a POD (Print on Demand) Service like Printify or Printful I would look at the dimensions they need the item saved in. If just selling as a digital paper bundle I suggest the 3600X3600 (12X12) and 300DPI because this is what is expected. They will sell best as a Bundle if you are doing it this way.

I would go with JPG personally. You could always do both JPG and PNG but a JPG should be just fine :)
There is still a line on mine even after reducing the spacing. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
