I have “OCD like tendencies”, which means I have triggers to certain things. Sounds like tapping are a bad trigger for me. It causes me pain as my “rituals” to stop the over-sensitization that the sound triggers usually involve contorting my spine. A lot of ASMR uses tapping. So I struggle sometimes to listen/watch videos for it. But I get bad migraines and ASMR triggers do help lessen them so I always try to find videos without tapping in it. Anyways, thank you so much. I love your videos and they are very helpful ❤❤❤
