Industrial relations - Industrialists urged to respect and observe workers’ rights

Workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wage violations, casualisation of labour, and lack of protective gear affect many of the employees in Uganda.
This has prompted Minister of State for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations, Hon. Esther Davina Anyakun, to inspect factories in Seeta, Mukono to assess the health, safety, and welfare of their employees.
