  • The Temple University Collaborative on Community Inclusion, in partnership with the Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL), will give a webinar that explores innovative strategies aimed at creating inclusive rural communities where individuals facing mental health challenges can flourish. These strategies, developed by people with lived experience, policymakers, and providers who live and work in rural communities, delve into practical solutions for overcoming challenges to support individuals with serious mental illnesses to go to work and school, engage in faith communities of their choosing, and otherwise participate in ways that enhance connection, belonging, mattering, and health.
