I know it's a sponsored video (commercial), but in the future if some objectivity could be presented, that would help a lot. For example, the lenses greatly reduce sharpness. So much so, that these would be equally useful for phones that don't have great cameras. Great presentation, and you didn't lie for your money, but less omission of the negative would be nice.
I'd like to have seen how the telephoto lens works for portrait shots. As others here have said, these lenses seem to make overall sharpness worse but I'm wondering if that can help make a more pronounced background with shallow depth of field for portraits.
That's also my experience that the sharpness on the wide angel is bad. The focus on the macro is hard to get. A little overprised, I looking for a better wide angel. Any tips??
Instead of having the crappy clip I dont know why they don't have a sort of half case that fits onto the phone that has a connector over the camera you screw the lenses into, be more secure and easier to line up. Obviously you'd need different cases for different model phones
okay this has nothing to do with this video but do you know any 21:9 widescreen monitor that can also charge the Dell XPS via thunderbolt? I think the XPS uses the power delivery standard or something like that. Not exactly the same like the Macbook :( Btw. still a nice video! :) I got a magnetic fish eye lense for my old phone. Pretty cool but doesn't work on the S7 because of the magnet and I'm afraid to damage something. So these lenses look pretty handy.
Great video and review but I would of liking to see the differences without seen you clipping the lens on its kind of distracting I would recommend you just cut straight between the differences
This is what's going on when marketing is a main tool , The original manufacturer is Aukey but guys with pretty simple name takes idea and make re branding with new simple name and box and voila we have same product just for more expensive Why ? Because they sure that easily find someone who will will pay for same product plus advertisement .
Dor Kanal Yes it sure seems like a rebranding but doesn look like the one aukey sells. And its priced way too high for what its worth! 20$ aliexpress version of the lens are sold at 55$! Ridiculous.
bijomaTV only he could tell, but advertising a bad product is taking a p°ss out of the audience. If it was a controversial product like the HTC U11 it wouldn't be that obvious but those lenses are bad man.
this is a rip off I've seen one of my mates have one and I asked how much it cost and he told me it was only 7 euros from ebay...so I Don't think this is close to worth 50 pounds

I like the fact that while clipping on the lenses it gave a nice vignette effect sometimes

I don't think you can charge an XPS over thunderbolt. You need an ultra book CPU for that.
you can charge it via USB-C/thunderbolt. For example with Dell's docking station.
Have a look at the iographer Tom. I have one and they are great. 👍🏽
I'm really sad seeing a lot of other phones have native 2x optical zoom on their phones....And I have to buy a camera lens attachment just to get it.

Personally think phone lenses are silly lol, there's already some lens glass there. If you want to shoot properly, get a real DSLR imo ;p
