Evening!!! 😂😂 I didn’t know what’s happening for a second. I thought I was on the wrong link…. And what a difference a bit of sun makes I’ve been up in Oxfordshire hitting the trails with my friends on our mountain bike. I think it was only 12 Celsius but we were giggling smiling till the hills 🤣🤣
Ive lost count of how many rides recently where ive gone out "overdressed" thinking we were stuck in eternal winter, only for the sun to come out and it actually feel very warm. Felt a right fool recently in full winter kit, when bumping into someone in shorts and short sleeved jersey 😅!

Being Dales and Alps based i'm ashamed to say i've never done anything in the Peak District except some climbing and boldering, need to get a bikepacking trip there for a few nights and some wildcamping, its one of those things annoyingly just can't seem to get round too and super clueless about the area and where is good to ride! Another great vlog, had to laugh re old school, depends on what your music choice was on ride, 90s rave ;-)! Great energy and vlog hope you enjoyed your day out and time with the folks, but agree whilst precision training is great and all, after many year's of being fit you do get to know you body, and your HR i'd say within 5% just by feel and watts 5-10% max at the very most.

Notice the blurry patches on the tarmac like here 3:31
I have 2x Ace Pro's, and after I transfer the video files to my PC via USB the video quality on my screen looks so perfect! But then when I upload the video to YT at the max allowed bitrate of 85Mbps for 4k/60fps the video looks like your video here with the slight blurry patches on the tarmac. When I download-save my video from YT it turns out the bitrate and file size is halved.
Some Ace Pro YTer's videos look good, but most YTer's videos look about the same as this.

Amen to that. I've just started riding solo more often and am surprised at how much I'm enjoying it. No need to feel under pressure to keep up, can pull over at any time and can just relax and take in the scenery. If it hurts I ease off and if I'm feeling good I go for it, but all on my own terms!
