These animations are amazing! All it needs is the specialists to actually look at the gun when reloading. Also these guys never blink when shooting. I think an implementation of character reaction to shooting. Blinking while shooting is terminator level stuff
Now that's what I call a revolver holy shit But actually what impresses me most about this is that you can actually hear the sounds of the person next to you reloading which is something that you really don't hear in Modern Warfare if I remember correctly.
@@jaio3697 maybe because when you're in a match all of the sounds are kind of mixed in with each other and so somebody reloading next to your ear isn't much of an attention grabber
i guess the thing more with is Battlefield 3rd reload animation more of how the operator need to look at the gun while reload & i guess more expression a bit (ofc you won't notice the face that much so i can see why they're don't really focus much on facial movement) and it's like MW as always but seem a bit of a downgrade
Yeah thats also my biggest gripe with these animations. Even with the ADS reload your head should move a little due to the movement of your arms and such

@@desertedvm You could easily add some 3rd person exclusive animations into the game even when most of these are linked straight to 1st person. Remember combat rolls in BF5? 1st person and 3rd person roll is completely different.

That means they can separate and have completely different animations for first and third person. BF2042 uses a combined animation system. Your head in third person IS the camera in first person. There is no separating the two.

@@u.nforcesalx9892 these types of games usually don't focus much on third person animations especially when it's a game that's complete chaos because you're not going to be staring at somebody reloading their gun or at least you shouldn't you should only be able to see the stuff out of the corner of your eye because they need to be doing something at least. It looks weird when somebody is reloading and they're not actually doing anything but it's just noise of them reloading their gun it's very cringe so. I would say that It aged just fine
@@stratejic1020 I'm sorry but what chaos, Half of the map is empty,and not to mention that if you're point is that The game would be too chaotic for someone to take a look at the reloads, then MW and Insurgency takes the cake then, CoD's Ground war and Shipment and Insurgency's Tactical approach to gameplay is equally as chaotic as Metro, But people still liked the attention the gun Devs gave us, I will say this however that this game is a fucking joke

That's awesome that a game finally shows the bolt reciprocating and actual weapons being reloaded with magazine movement. Kinda bummed about full empty but just getting something is good enough for me :'). Thanks for the vid.

Well I'm assuming that because this is a beta they wanted to focus more on gameplay feedback rather than how the characters look you know they want to make sure that they get feedback on how the game play is and the problems with how the game runs and stuff so it makes sense that they didn't focus much on the character animations and that will probably be fixed on full release
