I wish nxt topic could be about survival of the fittest. People have different perspectives about it. Darwin or Herbert whoever said it .. what they mean it? Some says be the badest in the bad or be Roman in Rome..( being myself matters i think🙃)

Crab mentality comes in caste system religious race color status even between countries developed developing
previledge who attains from working people poverty illiterated
    Mighty power nations
You can count down rich people with your fingers in india when it has 100 crore population it maintains their status till now still pulling down every one in the nation
Not crab mentality surviving or leading sophisticated life with power and status by keeping or maintaining others in suppressed way

Change starts from an individual.. but yes it will be wonderful if the society (system) aids in a positive change so that people realise that there is no need to have a crab mentality for a better living. Our culture and the country we live in plays a significant role. The caste system, division is also one of the main factors that influences crab mentality. It’s a disease that grows in people without their knowledge and is going down to the next generations. Start with you.. move on to your family and friends and then to the society. Like how you’re expanding a circle.
Surely this is going to take decades but the more we self reflect and try to understand the reason for why this is happening. The society will change as a whole.
You can walk proudly knowing that you haven’t pushed anyone down to climb to your success. At the end of the day namma nimathiya thoonganum.. athan mukiyam 😂
I’m so excited to listen to the next podcast.

    Hi all,
This has happened to me where my lead was keep on asking me to resign or go out of the project and not pick up any work in the current project.
When I finally dropped paper and the firm was so keen on retaining me, he called me personally to make sure that I go out else come in different role.
After that I realized that I was supposed to replace him at onsite.
Could someone pls let me know how I should tackle this devil

First sit and talk to that person about why he wants you to leave. A one on one conversation would add some pressure and as a consequence will show what the person truly intends to do.
If you still feel unreasonable, write a formal letter to your HR dept and your manager.
