    Cus D'amato and Mike Tyson made boxing their martial art. What Cus was making was something that can destroy opponents quickly. The best machine. He was so quick and evasive. People tend to forget that he was a heavyweight 200+lb

    I totally agree with you i have trained boxing for about 7 years and have followed and loved this sport since i was about 6. In my opinion it is imposible to find a boxer with the same speed and power that he has not to mention in my opinion his form is pretty much perfect.He does and is exactly what a trainer tells you...keeps the guard up,moves his hips to devastating effect,can knock you out with either hand, throws good combos.
    A real shame he went the way he did.

  • @britvroman
    @britvroman 15 лет назад +1

    So much desire. Tyson was a small heavyweight and for him to dominate and knock people out in spectacular fashion is truly inspiring!

He was such an efficient, accurate, POWERFUL, well oiled machine of boxing talent. I wish I could move and hit with 1/10th the power and technique this man did in his prime. Watching him in this video is awe-inspiring stuff.

    WoW...this is how the youngest Heavyweight, most recognized boxer trained in his prime. Mike could and should of been the best ever, But we can't have it all..so I'm just glad we were able to see part of his boxing career in his prime(unstoppable) . There is still no other fighter that gives me goose bumps before he steps in the ring, simply because Mike is ferocious, unpredictable and you know something crazy is about to happen!

    What a lot of people don't know about Mike Tyson, is that he is spatially gifted. His psych report was leaked (you can still find it online somewhere). If you read it, you'll see the psychologist says that his intelligence was in the normal range, but he has superior spatial abilities. Physical qualities can only take certain athletes so far. In boxing, reaction time and timing are important. And these qualities are indirectly related to to crystallized intelligence.
