Saw them a few times. First time was May 13, 1989 in Chicago. It was the first concert I ever went to, and it started my love affair of seeing alternative bands live. Saw Ministry at Caberet Metro around the same time at age 16, and my older brothers got me rip-roaring drunk at that show. Best/worst night of my life, hahahaha!
Great interview, and I agree with Richard on the Neubauten statement. You got to have a great stereo to listen to them, particular Tabula Rasa and Haus der Lüge. I saw them in 1987 and it was amazing
im working on getting as much of the concert uploaded as possible, its a big task considering I have 2 jobs already and im always trying to research and film new content
8:52 dude! 🤦♂️ you missed such an opportunity to ask him “why” that record meant so much to him. But! Hearing you two geek out about stereos was really fun. Such an awesome video. This is my second watch through btw.
I can talk about stereo gear for hours, from cables to cartridges, phono amps, tube vs solid state. My speakers weigh 400 pounds each and my poor wife puts up with me. Thanks for tuning in.
i started working in music tech as soon as possible, to distribute it so everyone could use it (xoxos vst). i don't go to shows because i'd just start yelling "free west papua, burn the m. lodges and f em all" and instantly getting in fights and having to really hurt stupid people again sigh. do you even holmes holmes because it seems loike folks ain't sh!

Wow! That’s amazing for a first show!
I Love FRONT 242 :)
They are amazing live. The best show I have seen. Totally blown away.
Great interview. The show was incredible.
