FSU Safety Derwin James is one of the most athletic players in college football. With that being said, he’s more than just an athlete. He’s a big hard hitting safety who can cover bigger WRs and TEs while also being fast enough to chase down fast RBs in the backfield. Where do you think Derwin James will be drafted?

Zachary Martin Definitely, but Minkah is more of a sure thing
Zachary Martin ya I say Fitzpatrick has better technique and ever so slightly better football IQ but Derwin is light years ahead of everyone in this draft in terms of physical ability and ceiling
Both players have a chance to be solid NFL players. The big question for both players is where they'll fit best. Some think Minkah is best in the slot while others think Derwin should move to LB
I think the biggest thing is how he will be used, if he's used like how he was at FSU or like how Minnesota uses Harrison Smith he will be special. Seattle's a great fit but Kam is coming back. Derwin could definitely play FS but his value won't be maximized there. Kinda like how Landon Collins was decent when he played FS then put up crazy numbers when he moved to SS and played in the box. Jabrill Peppers is gonna play in the box more next year so expect him to have a great season as well.

Man, if I was running the show in Cleveland I'd be awfully tempted to pick DE Chubb @ 1.01 and S James @ 1.04 The off-season moves made for the Offense, Taylor/Hyde/Landry gives the team a potent core. Adding Chubb and James to the defense would make the Browns downright devastating.
