    Great video! The explination is perfect. Your other videos on exercises have been very good but missing that explanation, it's kinda tricky sometimes to figure out the correct movement if it's a new exercise. All these new videos you've been putting out have been great!

    Augmenting the resistance is key to progressing Nordic curls. Start the set only using 2fingers/hand as assistance and end the set using all fingers if needed to achieve the rep range. Bands work as for assistance for the movement as well but it’s a pain to set up for me.

    This is very hard for beginners can I do stability ball hamstring curl instead to progress for knee and hamstring health?
