  • Kemimoto Heated Vest | Best $30 Heated Vest? Our Review. Definitely nice having heated gear when it's cold out. And the Kemimoto Heated Vest could be one of the best $30 you ever spent. I really didn't expect much for this price, but $30 gets you the Kemimoto Heated Vest as well as a 7000mAh battery. The battery alone is worth over half the price of the Kemimoto Heated Vest. SO in this video, I don't get a chance to try it on as it is way too small for me, but I can say that both my wife and daughter have worn the Kemimoto Heated Vest and both said that it worked very well. My wife especially liked how thin the vest was and felt that it would fit really nice underneath her motorcycle jacket. Looks like a great fit.

    It's amazing how cheap these have gotten now. Just make sure to watch the sizing.

    With so much available heated clothing, there is just no reason to be cold anymore.
    This vest looks great at an amazing price and the battery USB A versatility really makes this something to get.

    I've got the V-neck vest. Plugged to the pc and all and it's barely getting warm at max heat. Far far away from the stated 55-65°C. Our shower at 43° broils my skin.
    Now I know the jacket needs to collect heat, unlike the skin which just gets warm under the shower and all.
    Just wondering if my vest is not working as intended..

      I've only been using it at home, no riding wind what so ever. With how the max setting is like atm i dont think it's very usable and the other two settings are obsolete.

      @@gregtoope I'm thinking of getting the heated gloves. 3 setting and rechargeable $95cad.
      I have heated grips but they are useless

    I wonder if these cheap EBAY heated vests can be run for a motorcycles on board USB outlet....with out overloading or blowing its fuse.
    Mine is marked 2.1amps.

    • @Daniel-dj7fh
      @Daniel-dj7fh 8 месяцев назад

      All you need to make sure is that you supply them with 5V. Because the device only pulls as much current as it needs. And if it's rated to work on 2Amps, 2.1 won't do much of a difference.
      It could be problematic if your device is trying to pull 2A but your bike adapter is only rated for 1A, that cable could overheat (maybe smore down if it's made bad).

      Used it for one winter from my built in Triumph Bonnevilles USB out let used a HD extension USB cable.....worked a treat....cables did not get hot....felt cosy well impressed for £25UKP and as the vest is not bulky....I did not have to buy a new larder biker jacket.
      I tested the vest current draw....it was around 1.8amp@@Daniel-dj7fh
